“We’ve always had good experiences at the Bedford Lowe’s, but after today I felt I should give them an official five-star review. After a mixup today with delivery of a large custom order of doors (some were not put on the truck), I have to say how impressed I was with the store manager. (I think his name was Greg.) After being told initially by Receiving that it would be two more days until the rest of my order could be delivered, Greg got on the phone with someone and had my doors delivered later in the day. Even if he had been unsuccessful, it was clear he wanted to do his best to help and I told him I appreciated his genuine effort.
