Love going into this store, all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. It is a great place to go get specialized gifts for any occasion (Christmas, birthdays, anniversary’s, etc.). I have never left there without a purchase that I don’t absolutely love. My favorite thing is having anything I purchase engraved to make it more special.With the coffee/sandwich shop next door makes it more convenient.If you are new to the area, on vacation, or just driving through the area, it is a must stop for Mama Anne’s Gift and Goodies.

This place is such a treasure! The employees are always very welcoming and friendly. I enjoy browsing among the unique and charming gift items. The prices are typical for lake gift shops, but I get items that are not available at other local stores.

Staff always super helpful and friendly! Store is clean. Large selection of varying merchandise. Custom engraving available on multiple times of items which staff is willing to help you personalize! Great place for gifts for holiday and special occasions or even yourself at any time!

Stopped in last week looking for a special 60th birthday gift. They had so many unique items that it was difficult to decide. Ended up deciding on a custom engraved, wooden lazy Susan that the recipient loved!

Mama Ann's is an adorable gift shop that is loaded with Smith Mountain Lake souvenirs. Upstairs they have tons of decor, including custom wood engraving and artwork. They also have candles, toys, jewelry, and other miscellaneous trinkets. I, of course, gravitated towards the fresh canned goods. They have tons of unique jam and preserve flavors, salad dressings, pasta sauce, bar-b-que sauce, pickles, pickled vegetables, and even peanut butter marshmallow spread. Downstairs they have what appeared to be vendor booths with unique antiques and heirlooms. If you are looking for a unique or custom SML souvenir, this spot is worth stopping at!

I needed a last minute personalized and engraved gift that I couldn't get here on time for Christmas if I ordered online. I sent a message to Mama Ann's this morning and promptly recieved a response. They had just what I needed and the staff was so helpful and pleasant in helping me create my gift when I arrived. So glad i was able to support a local business. I had never shopped here before but will definitely be going back!
