If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Don’t bother working with this company they are unprofessional and unreliable.I met with Al Stein very nice man. He told me we would be on a rotation and he assured me I would not have to call the company to schedule for gas delivery. The business card he gave me said Massey Wood & West (the first red flag) I had to constantly call to schedule delivery constantly and half of the time they didn’t show up. When the bills were received they came from Duke Oil Company (another red flag) We had a fire place issue and someone came out to check the fire place. Turns out it wasn’t a gas issue it was actually an ignition issue. I spoke with Wesley and I was told the part was $190.80 and $99 for service(total 289.80) I went ahead and set up an appointment. When the tech came he did fix the fire place and gave me a work order. They would send a bill for payment. When the bill arrived it’s was for $389.76 when I called to dispute the bill I was told that the tech took longer than an hour for the repair. No one explained that to me. I spoke with Wesley and he said he would correct the issue and acknowledged he was not clear when the appointment was made. I got another bill and issue still was not resolved. Called a gain an Wesley was on vacation and Carol assisted me and said she would relay the message to Wesley. I was then told they would make the changes needed to the bill. Got a 3rd bill and the amount was still not corrected. Called Duke Oil Company and they told me they would speak with Wesley and have bill corrected. Today my credit card was billed $388.80 without my authorization. I have disputed this charge with the bank as an unauthorized charge and I will continue to dispute the bill. Save yourself the headache and dealing with an unprofessional company.save yourself and find another company to deal with.

They have Ethanol free gas, in 87 octane, at pay at the pump. Great for small engines and gen. Reasonable $ too.

Has non-ethanol, kerosene, off-road and on road diesel. A good place to fill up your boat as it's about a dollar cheaper than the marinas

If I could give no stars I would. I call multiple times during the week and told a rough estimate of a delivery. I call end of the week Friday, and told we were never on a delivery list. My propane heats my home and I have a three-year-old and I cook with it. The service is awful and a joke. Don’t ask to speak to a supervisor because Youll get the runaround. You asked for a number to speak with a supervisor, they won’t give a number at all or to be transferred to one but never get a call back. I would advise to find a different company to work with.
