My husband's car started over heating and we looked up Poplar Towing. The service we got from Shaun and Ed was amazing. They were able to get us diagnosed and back on the road to be able to travel back home. The service was great and the price was reasonable too. Perfect place to go!

A month ago I took my 2006 Jeep Liberty to this shop because I recently moved to the area. I needed to get a catalytic converter replacement and I am blown away with the result! I was on my way from MD to VA driving the same road I’ve been driving for 30 years when I hit something and my tire was going flat. It was a very hot day and I couldn’t see any help insight. I took a chance and kept driving my car hoping to get near 95 as I knew gas stations where there. I came up to poplar and saw the garage door open so I pulled in. I was in a panic and ask Jeff if he could fix a flat tire. He said he would look at it. After looking at it and pulling the wheel off he saw my rim was bent. He called someone and ask if they could fix it if he brought it over. Two hours later I was on the road. The owner Shawn came in and he was also very helpful. I sat there and watch how each and every employee treated every customer with respect! You don’t find places and people like this often. They could have charged me a lot of money just because I was stuck .. but they didn’t. Thirty years of driving past this shop - god was with me today and made sure that they were there and open to help. I am grateful for them and will make sure to stop by next time I come that way.

I had minor mechanical trouble in the middle of a road trip and am SO glad I stopped here! The man who helped me was very kind, even gave treats to my dogs, fixed my car up good as new and asked for such a small amount of money I couldn’t believe it!
