Twice in a row my elderly mother has ordered fuel, paid, and waited 3-4 days for delivery. Here we are again today, waiting. She called the office and got blown off with “we’ll try to get someone there”. This is ridiculous. This will be the second weekend she has no heat. And you should not solicit payment before delivery if you’re not going to deliver.

I've been with them for about 4 years and never had a negative experience with these folks. Great customer service and they usually fill my tank the very same day that call!

Awesome group of people. Excellent customer service. Before I was a customer, I got very low on propane when it was extremely cold. I called and to my surprise, they came out the following day. I've been a customer since then. Bye bye big commercial companies and hello EM Gray!

In the last 4 months that I've been using this company I have received the worst customer service of my life. Constant attitude from the receptionists, condescension with every interaction, and most recently I received an unauthorized charge on my card. When I called to question the charge Tammy answered the call and I was met with hostility right off the bat. I won't be giving her the satisfaction of listing the disrespectful things she did and said to me, I'll just leave it to your imagination. I promptly disconnected the call and will be leaving their propane tank at the curb for them to collect at their leisure.

Will not use em gray and son again Tammy and Courtney are rude and they can come pick up their tank at the end of our driveway.. said our card was declined and it literally has a $7000 limit with zero balance but got attitude with my wife saying it’s her fault..
