I recommend the Xfinity service but avoid this location. Nothing but attitude from attendants and blatantly refusing to accept any cash. Absolute horrible location. Go somewhere else if you need to walk into the store. Had to have someone else pay for my item with their card and I gave them the cash.

This store in North Haven, CT is the worst. It is so disorganized and it’s there not to help anyone, but to make the experience as painful and LONG as possible. The process of talking to someone takes forever, and it’s the same with dropping off your system to return. I try to avoid this place when I can. I would give this place a NO stars if I can, because they don’t deserve any.

Came in to pick up my equipment and it was a super quick and easy experience, much better than I've had with any other internet providers. Miles was so friendly and helpful! Great experience :)

While I anticipate a bit of issues with dealing with any big company xfinity is normally not too bad. The customer service in person is way better, typically, than online. But not this time. A long story short but customer service on the phone (which I asked 3 times) said that in person could get my trade in phone no problem, since I was unable to mail it because of post office hours. Well I took it to the store and they refused to take it. Said customer service lied. (Fast forward- called customer service again and they have no idea why the store won't take it) I just find it really funny that in the recent months I have had issues and gone into the store and also needed to make purchases they help. But this time since they wouldn't make any commission off a sale they refused. I've never been treated badly or told they could help before this encounter. But every other encounter I have made a purchase at that time too. Also, they refuse to fix an issue they said to have resolved before. They refuse to help transfer a number to my line even tho last time we were there they said it was taken care of but would take a few days to show on the account... it's still not active this was 21 days ago. Today they tell us nope can't help you nothing we can do. Honestly will probably be getting rid of xfinity after this because of how awful it feels to know they refuse to help unless they are making a commission profit off of helping too.

I just came in and the team members were very helpful and fast… I was thinking I would have to wait some time but after 2-3 mins the lady approached me and helped me very quickly and without issues. I was in and out within 7 minutes. I’m from Annandale, VA (northern Va) and services would NEVER be less then 30 minute visits. Thank you to this Xfinity team!

For the last 3 weeks the service has gone down hill. The picture keeps blurring and then going back to normal. And of course customer service is not worth a darn!

High rating for DaQuan at Xfinity Midlothian for outstanding customer service technical support! He patiently and professionally addressed the issues with my cell fon and delivered solutions which fixed the problems. His calm, polite and personable manner reassured me and I was able to leave the store with a fully operational fon. Thank you DaQuan!

They’ve been my Internet provider for as long as I remember. I live everything prepaid so that I don’t get surprised with fluctuating bills. I suggest buying your own modem and router ( checking compatible ones on the xfinity site) then getting the package that works for you . I get Internet only , I pay about $100 or less monthly and it includes a few free channels . I don’t really care for TV as I have , netflix subscription, spotify, peacock, Hulu, etc.. . I get those for free with T-Mobile. Always looking for a deal and whatever works for your needs .

The people in the store have not a clue. The people over the phone in The Philippines and South Africa really don't have a clue. I had my money coming straight out of the bank!!! Automated payments every month for over two years; they charged a late fee and didn't know why. They will rip you off. Lie to you! And I cannot take my payment plan off automated service. They tell me it's an era. But they can sure steal your money. I honestly think they are crooks. The Petersburg store closed because an employee robbed them so what do you think of that. They make customers pay for their losses. while they blame the customer as the problem or not paying their bills after it automatically ces out the bank!!! XFINITY Comcast is really screwed up!! They use to be good but now they suck real bad!!

FOR THE PAST 5-6 MONTHS, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR AN ACCOUNT I NEVER HAD!!.This, despite my repeated calls to have this corrected. I'VE NOW BEEN SENT TO COLLECTIONS, FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT ISN'T MY RESPONSIBILITY!! I called yet again, today. I was told by Xfinity that I have a zero balance. HOWEVER, YOU REFUSE TO SUPPLY ME ANYTHING IN WRITING stating that I have a ZERO balance. Given that XFINITY IS UNWILLING TO SUPPLY THIIS DOCUMENTATION, I am forwarding this message to my attorney.

Xfinity promises top quality service with their “X5 Complete” but it is just a way to charge a few dollars more. Their information has been wrong every step of the way and we have wasted considerable time trying to resolve basic Wi-Fi issues. Their reps give wrong information and we were forced to drive to Xfinity store locations only to receive conflicting information and no resolution. The stores themselves, stated they hat the XFinity sales and phone reps routinely give bad information. Good luck.

Fantastic service. Everyone is so friendly and it did not take me more than 25 seconds to return my equipment. No kidding!! Best Xfinity Comcast store of all. I totally recommend it and it would drive far distance to go there. I tried another one in Henrico County and it was horrible.
