My experience with Woodforest Banking has been great. This morning my banker Joy really helped to complete a transaction I was having issues with. She was very patient and kind to me and I got a bright smile from her at the end that brought joy to me.

I simply enjoy going to the Midlothian Walmart branch team. Joy is amazing and makes a wonderful and friendly banking experience. Joy always has a smile on her face. Even when they are crowded, they keep me informed of the wait time.
It's rare to enjoy going anywhere to get service these days, yet I find myself actually looking forward to visiting the Midlothian Walmart branch.

Been going for years and now they wanna hold my payroll check for 7 days. I asked if any other bank would do that she said yes. None of my coworkers had a problem cashing their checks. She straight lied to me. It’s worth jus going to a different bank.

I was waiting for some people to finish checking out and I have to say the way the manager (Senadu was her name I think) was talking to the employees was wrong. She is as disrespectful as it gets. The staff does not deserve her.
