Excellent service and honest! I would recommend them to everyone I know. They were very thorough and detailed and won't try to fix anything that doesn't require it just to get extra money. Honest mechanics!

Dishonest. Call them for a quote for replace v6 engine spark plugs, them told me I should bring my car in for a price. Did so, they priced me $844, and told me they need to recharge the freon for replace the spark flugs. Can't believe it.Called dealership service and another service store both priced me $560. Both did't montion freon thing.I call this store because it have 4.7 star reviews. Can't understand how this store can get those reviews.

On March 22, 2022 I had a fuel pump replaced at Woodard's. On November 30, 2022 my fuel pump failed and I was towed to another automotive business which is where I found out my fuel pump (under warranty had failed. It cost me $100 to tow there and I paid a $50 diagnostic. I called Woodard's because the pump was under warranty. They told me i would need to pay another tow company to bring my car there and that they would only reimburse me $75 of my towing fees. I paid another tow truck to bring my car and when i asked how they would reimburse me they have me a telephone number to call and I have not received any refund for the towing. They did not keep in contact me in regards to my vehicle and I had to call them to receive information on the status of my vehicle despite them telling me they would call me when my car arrived and the next morning about an ETA of my car's service completion (I received no calls unless i initiated them which I did not until about 1qam the next day). Upon receiving my car back it smelled heavily of gas inside and out and my maintenance light came on despite not needing an oil change for another 2600 miles. I called about my concern immediately about the possibility of my car leaking gas and he told me i needed an oil change as the cause but i told him that was not the case. I brought the car to the shop Friday December 2, 2022 at 9:40am because the car seemed to be leaking gas (smelled strongly of gas inside and out, fuel gauge dropping quickly) i also told him how unsafe a gas leak is and that if the car caught fire my son would be unable to get out due to the child locks. He literally bent over and looked under the car said it wasn't leaking and walked away. All my lights came on the dash including the check engine and I returned Monday December 5, 2022 at 7am in which an employee looked at my car and said he tightened the hoses near the pump. My lights are back on the dash and it smells heavily of gas inside and out.

This place is amazing. I’ve been twice for minor issues and these really looked out for me. I have found a new go to shop in the area. Every time I go in its just a smooth process. I was driving from DC to Raleigh, NC when I noticed a small piece of my car dragging from under it. I was two hours from home, it was before 9:00 a.m. and I did not know if it was dangerous to keep driving.I called the first auto shop within a mile and was ever so fortunate to reach Woodwards. They wereable to help me straight away and quickly reaatched the protective shield that Jiffy Lube in Alexandria, VA (where I regrettably had my oil changed the day before) had overlooked. I have zero knowledge of cars and these gentlemen could have charged me any sum or tried to sell services I didn't need (as Jiffy Lube did). Yet, they charged me nothing! In fact, they intended to refuse the gratuity I left so they could have lunch on me.It is rare you find people as honest and good natured as I did at Woodward's Automotive. THANK YOU!

Wonderful. I went in at the last minute for an inspection and oil change. They were very quick to schedule my appointment. They were upfront, honest, and professional. They even allowed me access to their WIFI so I could get some work done while I waited.

Horrible....they told me vehicle should be ready in the afternoon...3 pm i call they tell me they have not got it in, but they should. 5 comes around they are gone for the weekend...no phone call or anything telling me it would be on monday they can look at it. Had that been the case i would have been ok, but they left vehicle unsecure in their lot. Dont go to them. They do not communicate with you. Would give -5 stars if i could

This is my 1st encounter going to them. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They couldn't find anything wrong with my car and they did not charge me. They also educated me if this problem happened again what I needed to do and call them with the information. I will definitely come back again..
