We actually reached out by phone as soon as our Dr sent in a prescription. They confirmed that they received it and that they would mix it when we arrived to pick up.We came by, waited for them to finish their lunch break and then they notified us that they did not have the medicine in stock.This would have been useful information when we first reached out. Not after having driven all the way out.

The pharmacist is the nastiest person I Have ever talked to. My husband has been trying to fill his medicine in since the 12th and we had the prescription sent to another pharmacy and that pharmacy can’t fill it because WALMART ALREADY BILLED IT TO THE INSURANCE and they don’t even have it in stock!!! She said that’s the procedure. Refused to give me her name and hung up. What kind of customer service is this??? How do yall bill an insurance company without having the medicine in stock???? Take your prescriptions elsewhere.

I want her to pick up medication, waited in one line and then was told I had to go to another line to get my insurance information added. Even though I just used another Walmart pharmacy the week prior. Then I had to go back to the other line to pick up my prescription. 2 hours later I was home

Felt it necessary to leave a review based on all the negative things I’m reading. I find this pharmacy to be extremely professional, courteous, they move as quickly as possible and in particular pharmacist Jen who went above and beyond when helping with my dog’s medication literally changed my entire financial power by just checking to see if it fell under goodrx which it did. She saved me hundreds of dollars and that’s what great customer service is ALL about. Every single person there works hard so we stay at our best. Kudos, you all are fantastic and appreciated!

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY! It's like pulling teeth to get anything filled here. I have to start trying to get my refill at minimum a week before I need it. You put in for a refill and are told it will be ready the following day by 10am.. You go to pick it up and they say they haven't received it (even though you spoke to an actual person and not a robot) and they can have it ready by the following day at 10am! The next day it still isn't ready! I've even been told that they will put it on the "urgent fill list" in order to have it ready within 30 minutes and it still isn't ready until the next day (if I'm lucky).. I've literally had to call every day for four days back to back to finally get my prescription refilled! It is absolutely ridiculous!

I have had 2 bad experiences at this pharmacy. The most recent being I was given a partial on my daughter's prescription because they were out of stock. I had no problem with this, but I was told I could pick it up the next day. When I called to see when it would ready, I was told that they just found out this morning that they had to do inventory and can't touch the shipment until the whole store is done with inventory. The least they could have done was call another store to see if they had it nope that would have been too much. I guess being that it's Walmart I shouldn't expect any decent customer service.

I like the fact that if you're picking up a prescription you can purchase all your merchandise at the same time. Although beware I did this and once I got home my prescription wasn't even in the bag. She rang it up with the rest of my stuff which wasn't but about 6 items but forgot to put it in the bag. So I had to turn around and waste my time and gas to go back because their worker decided not to put my prescription in the bag. Ridiculous! So make sure to check you bag

Considering how busy this store is I am surprised that the pharmacy is not more pressed for services. Usually able to effect pharmacy transactions here in just a few minutes.
