I think they do a great job considering how busy this Pharmacy is. They DO need more help. Walmart, pay these people accordingly. As if they are worth so much more. So show them all. Because they do a fantastic job. I'm in there for 1x months. Only, suggest... More seating chairs and I'm gold

I just experienced possibly the very best customer service of all time.On November 5, 2022, I came into Walmart pharmacy to find out when my daughter would get her 2nd Gardasil shot.Erica W. (pharmacist) took the time to explain how my daughter’s 1st shot was a year ago, and I had to get the 2nd shot within five months. I asked about getting the covid booster for me and covid booster & flu shot for my daughter. Erica W. gave us the paperwork to fill out, immediately registered us, and gave us the shots. Erica advised me to get the shingle shot and explained why, so I did. I went home to get my other daughter to be vaccinated, and because of the excellent service we received, I transferred my prescriptions from CVS to Walmart’s pharmacy.I am so impressed! What a remarkable person. Walmart has a customer for life!

It's so stressful picking up medication from here. I have to call every month because somehow they don't use my insurance card on file, and they say it's not covered. I tell them I have insurance, check your computer, then they put it through and it's magically covered lol if I don't do that, they don't call me and let me know that there's an issue, so I end up waiting a while in the store while they just switch it to my insurance and apparently that takes 30 mins . I got new insurance for the new year and called ahead to give them the info to hopefully avoid this, and without fail, the same thing happened. I saw on the app that my prescription isn't filled and still had to call again. It's mind boggling.

The pharmacy personnel address the "customer" as "patient" when picking up a prescription. When did I ever become a patient of the pharmacy ?? I'm a customer and that is the extent of my relationship with these drug peddlers and want to be addressed as such.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I called ahead to get a price on prescriptions, and when I went in I got totally different prices. I asked how much it was with the prescription card, and the pharmacy woman gave me the same exact prescription price. Service was horrible. I wasn't even told how much my prescription would be and when I went to go pay, it was $30 more than I would pay at another Walmart. They reluctantly gave me back my empty pill bottle and were vocally talking about me in front of me. Never going there again

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. The pharmacists really seemed to care about me and made sure I got my medicine the same night I brought it in. James is still working there and he is still so kind and caring.
