Don't get your oil filters at Walmart! The book is wrong to look up the filters! I checked and double checked to make sure I got the right one! They would not give me money back for it!!!!

The parking lot is set up in a crazy fashion. It's not handicapped friendly for sure and this is sad. The store is cramped and not a superwalmart. This store used to be nice but now it is very ghetto. People have no respect fir the elderly or handicapped here. After watching an 80 + year old woman have her cane pulled away from her and two thug teenagers beat her until she couldn't move. I called 911 while everyone else recorded it. Nobody helped the woman which was my deciding factor NEVER to shop at them is store again!!!! I pushed and pushed but was unable to get through the crowd to help the woman. May GOD show these teens no mercy! I hope they got some serious jail time for this but knowing our system they probably got nothing. Anyone that abuses the elderly is trash to me.

I ordered food and other items for delivery between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. here it is 10:49 p.m. and no update. Tried to call the store the phone rang so much it finally hung up. Walmart customer service is getting worse it's nowhere to be found!

Walmart has truly been missing it. They have sent my groceries to others homes. I never found out to whom or where. They did give me my money back. I did a lot of yelling. They wanted me to wait 7 days. I needed my items. We then tried there pick up service again. There system keeps going down. You can't login to let them know you have arrived. Waited nearly 30 minutes for pickup. I called into the store to let them know we had arrived. Pick up didn't answer and when they did. I heard click. They hung up. I had to go through the system again. My fiancee went to the service desk. Only then did they answer the phone. I bought an item online to be shipped. Supposedly it was delivered yesterday. Where it went I don't know. It seems that the only way to have any kind of a positive experience is going to the store and shopping it yourself.

THIS IS NOT OPENED 24 hours a day as shown on the site! we just moved to the area and drove 45 min each way only to be told they are not opened 24 hours- and would not allow any customers in! it was 10:50, so we still voold have grabbed the minimual stapel items we needed for our fanily tonight! SOOO FRUSTERATING! and a major waiste of time, energy and gas!!! UPDATE YOUR SITE PLEASE!!!!

Walmart check out terminals need to be adjusted and service now. i spent an hour looking for regular everyday items. This the second time that clerk had to re-do my order and charge my card manually. My bank account have over $1K funds more than enough to cover the $50 dollar purchase but the machine kept malfunction and declining the purchase. i was short on time and had to leave all my groceries! How disappointing and waste of time!! Walmart need to check their systems to help their customers waste their time!

If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. For a week, I tried to get to the store, but because of a night schedule, I didn't make it. I figured I would put a delivery order for Walmart to be shipped right when I finished working yesterday. I entered the order and received a confirmation text. There was no distribution of the products. By this time, the earliest arrival date was 2 hours after my delivery was first planned for. For 5 minutes, I chatted with Walmart online and they finally said they had to contact the store and see where the delivery driver was. I got in touch with them and they said I can reschedule for the next day. It is the next day and the things have not been shipped yet. I could've just driven to and from the store and purchased my order three times for the amount of time I wasted trying to put this order. I have demanded a refund and this program will never be used in the future.

Crap store, they do not like truck drivers their. I needed to pick up a few things, so I bobtailed over. NO TRUCK PARKING ALLOWED This walmart should never get another delivery.

Masks are supposedly mandatory for shoppers & workers. Went to pick up a prescription from this Wal-Mart. I then went to the dairy dept. at the back of the store. The stock people were out in full force restocking. There were more workers without masks or being worn under their chin than there were actually wearing one. Most of the other employees throughout the store that were wearing one didn't have their nose covered. Stay away from this store if you value your safety.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. My Mother and I had to go to this location on 2 separate times. We wanted 10 yards pellon906finterface. At first we waited for close to an hour and the employee gave us 7 3/4 yards. The employee also had an attitude when we asked for the product. My mother clearly told her that it wasn't enough however she said that since she has a meter stick she knew it was 10 yards. We measured it as soon as we got home and it only was 7 3/4 yards. However they charged us for the price of 10 yards and over charged each yard. It was originally supposed to be 1.66 per yard however they charged 1.97. When we returned we had to wait for another hour in the customer service line where they told us we had to get a new stamp. And had to wait another 30 minutes and the employee never came after I asked somebody to send someone to help us. We ended up leaving. Terrible customer service and horrible attitudes. Not coming here to buy sewing supplies ever again!!

My review is mainly due to lack of Customer Service at this location. It is at an ALL TIME LOW with the managers on duty. I am saddened and disappointed by the lack of help and support from the managers Sharon and Catherine. Considering I have spent Thousands dollars at this Walmart alone (according to my bank statements) and have frequented this location typically 5 days a week after work. Today, I made my typical visit only to find the same Cashier I have seen multiple times recently (according to my receipts, which I keep). When I came in today this same person whom I have joked with and thought that was someone who has checked my ID at least 5 times in the last 2 weeks, and should know that I am not under 21. She said that she needed to see my id which I accidentally left in my vehicle. It was 41 degrees outside and I had to park at the end of the parking lot. I am from Miami and coming in the first time was painful. I explained that have a copy of it on my phone but she couldn't use that because she needed to see the physical ID AGAIN! I am 50! All she had to do is what she had done so many times in the last week! IS THIS CUSTOMER UNDER 40? NO. Maybe she has not been trained in customer service or how to think logically. I wish her luck in the future.In addition she had multiple customers wait for close to 5 minutes because she wasn't around to help us. I know Walmart is a big store but they should still care about people. I will not spend my money at this location again. It feels weird to be treated like a criminal by managers who obviously do not care about customers and look as if they welcome an opportunity to disappoint the customer (who pays their paycheck). I guess they both thought they have enough customers and I do not matter. Maybe a seminar wold help refocus this sad team. Folks Please shop At Aldi and Lidl if you want to have customer service and a bargain. Big stores mean less personal, human treatment. I'll miss you Lisa.

Supercenter indeed! I'm not typically a Walmart shopper but we were looking for some winter duds for my hubby and they delivered! We got some cozy gloves, one of those cool lumberjack checkered hats, and a casual belt on clearance along with a few more items. This store is huge! A one stop shop for all your grocery and household needs! It overwhelmed me and it was crowded. The cashier lines were long and slow. We thankfully checked out in the self check out line so we were in and out pretty quickly! But if you are used to the hectic Walmart vibe, I'm sure you'll enjoy you shopping trip here!
