Nice people but often short handed. The company should pay for additional pharmacists - poor people are very overworked! You can stay on hold for 30 minutes or longer just trying to get through!

FedEx told me that my package was delivered here on 6/7 (to be held at my request) and that Walgreens lost it. On 6/18, I went to my community mailroom to search for a different package and found the package that FedEx claimed that Walgreens lost. Either someone from Walgreens brought my package to my community mailroom or, more likely, FedEx delivered it to the wrong location and then accused Walgreens of losing it. If the latter, I felt that Walgreens should know, and my condolences on being forced to partner with FedEx. If the former, which is unlikely, then thank you for bringing my package over.

Well. You know what they say. Never say never. Picked up 2 meds at lunch and was told that there were no others. Come to find out that a 3rd med was sent to the wrong Walgreens. Not a problem. Temie Lee said they could fill it here and it would take about 20 minutes. This was at 4PM. Went to store to pickup at 7:46PM and counter rep had to hunt for it to find... wait for it... NOT FILLED and it would take about 10 minutes... Maybe they meant 4PM TOMORROW. ? Dropped 2 stars. 1 for not filling when said they would and another for general incompetence. Do Better Walgreens!
Never had an issue with Walgreens (including this location). Definitely not the disorganized mess that is the CVS on Genito. The ONLY reason I don't give them 5 Stars is how some prescriptions are handled here. In many cases, they have the drugs there, but your prescription is filled elsewhere at a "central location" and sent to Temie Lee. You can request that Temie Lee fulfill your order themselves, but their Walgreens policy is... This came straight from the duty pharmacist themselves. The reason? Have to have stock in case of an Emergency. Ask them about it if you need additional clarification.

Went to Walgreens today , online I had a order for 8 covid rapid test through my insurance & the UNFRIENDLY BLONDE LADY at the Inside store pharmacy sent me to the front register first ( even tho the order said clearly to pick it up at the pharmacy) the front store cashier sent me back to the pharmacy. I told her that’s it’s an online order with my insurance. She was so unfriendly , nasty , rude & annoyed .Telling me my insurance doesn’t cover it , I called my insurance & they do cover it … Get another job . You are the reason people won’t come back to this Walgreens !!! She wouldn’t even tell me where to find Covid tests in the store . Rolling her eyes !!! Absolutely ridiculous. I will also report her to the store manager !!!!

Pharmacy was great and very helpful and they had no issues putting in my insurance card information,I will be using Walgreens as my main pharmacy for now on ,

Just had an interaction with the most unpleasant employee in the pharmacy. Walgreens is not my usual pharmacy. I had a prescription transferred because it was on back-order at Kroger and this particular Walgreens had it in stock. This young lady was very curt and, when I had a question about an increase in the price, she about bit my head off! Needless to say, as soon as my meds are back in stock at Kroger, I’ll have the prescription transferred back. Young lady, please get another job! Clearly you’re not happy there!

Walgreens on Temie Lee is horrible they are not friendly at all. Not friendly will be taking my business else where . BEEN filling the same prescription every week still can't get it right. They they have a attitude on top of it.

I’m traveling and needed to get a prescription here. There was an error in their automated system and the Pharmacy tech I worked with refused to look into the issue and turned me away. I tried to find someone else to help me because this was a Walgreens problem that I can’t do anything about. She refused to help me at all and the tone of voice was totally inappropriate. She saw she was upsetting me and continues to speak down to me. Customer service is dead.

Just switched over from CVS and the service is much better so far. They don't seem overwhelmed and short staffed like CVS.

Long lines, incompetent employees, and an apparent lack of communication within its store and insurance companies. I actually went inside early one morning because the drive-thru was open, but no one answered. I found the pharmacist asleep behind the counter.If you can go somewhere more reliable and competent

Isabella was so friendly, knowledgeable & patient in walking me through an issue w/ a prescription over the phone & quickly got it filled & ready for pick up even though the pharmacy was very busy! She greeted me with a smile when I walked in to pick it up & told me to feel better soon! Great service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
