A Prescription was sent in by the local Patient First early in the morning around 9am. I visited this Walgreens twice, the second time around 11:40am and they only had one prescription ready. I was told that I would get a call once my prescription was ready. I ended up calling them around 3:00pm to check on the status, waited about 15-20mins and my call gets disconnected. Called again waited about 15mins in which I’m now told that they couldn’t fulfill my prescription. No one reached out to tell me anything as I’ve been waiting for this since the early morning. In a lot of pain due to a pulled muscle in my back so of course I’m extremely irritated at this point. I usually get my prescriptions filled here but I’ll no longer do that due to the lack of professionalism. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with this location. If you have anything that needs treated right away, don’t send it to them, you’ll never get it.

We were in line at the drive through waiting to pick up a prescription before 1:30pm. There was one car in front of us and no cars behind. We arrived at the window at 1:32pm and they had closed the blinds and said that they were closed for lunch. This was unprofessional since we had been waiting in line before they closed for lunch. I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

I only gave it one star because i couldn't give it no stars because thats what this store deserves.DONT EVER COME HERE. I dropped off photos and was told come back in 2 weeks. Went back. They don't have them. They & FEDEX LOST THESE PHOTOS. THESE PHOTOS WHERE ONE AND ONLY. I DONT HAVE ANY FREAKING BACKUPS. THERE RESPONSE" SORRY" I CANT EVER GET THOSE BACK

Came in tonight after leaving Kidmed with my son to pick up his prescription that was sent over. We arrived at 9:48pm and waited in line for his amoxicillin. The gentleman in the pharmacy was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to fill the prescription since it was 9:52 and they closed in 8 minutes. I think 8 mins was plenty enough to fill a child’s prescription for pneumonia. I wouldn’t recommend using this pharmacy location.

Lines are always extremely long inside and outside. All prescription orders aren't being prepared on site. They are using an outside "walgreens" fullfilment center.

the absolute worst pain ever to go to. I hated coming here and finally found a new place to get meds. this location never answers their phones, never has anything ready on time or even late is crazy, anytime ive had to pick up here it takes a whole epsiode on seinfeld to pick up . thats 22 mins, 30 mins if added commercials.

I stopped dealing with walgreens because of their poor service but I had to recently call them due to my Dr office sending my refills to them instead of Walmart which leads to their usual poor service currently been on hold for an hour and then phone dies to the wait for them answer to have them cancel the prescriptions so Walmart can fill them.

I've been a customer here for many years. The past year, service has gone downhill at the pharmacy. While the front staff and staff in the store are very kind and friendly, the pharmacist and service is slow, pharmacist is rude and not helpful. It takes forever to get prescriptions filled or to even get someone on the phone to talk. I will be sending prescriptions elsewhere.

Our experience with the pharmacist was very poor. When asking if it was safe to take my mom’s prescribed narcotic with Valium he simply said to have narcan on hand, as if my mom knew what that was. We could tell he was trying to rush out of the conversation, not prioritizing the safety of my mom pharmacologically. As a nurse, I understand healthcare is short staffed everywhere. But that’s no exception for his poor customer service.

This location provides the slowest most incompetent excuse for a pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I went in four times for a prescription that “will be ready in 10 minutes” to be carelessly told on my fourth time coming in, in a 12 hour span, that the medicine is out of stock and won’t be in for 3 days. The lack of communication the lack of empathy and the lack of attention for their customers is disgraceful. Needless to say I will not be returning and I suggest others to look elsewhere for their pharmaceutical needs.

Over the past year, service at the pharmacy has really gone downhill. Friday, September 1,2023, I stopped at 5:30 pm to pick up 2 prescriptions. The pharmacy closed at 4 pm. This has happened several times. Two weeks ago, I pick up a prescription that had taken 12 days to fill. If this is the service going forward, I will be moving all prescriptions to another pharmacy.
