The Pharmaceutical department is horrible here. I get my rx here (because it's close to home) and Fort Lee because we're military. I was told that by Fort Lee Pharmacy that Walgreens would teach me how to give myself a B12 monthly shot. 01/13/2023 at 11:33am a very rude female pharmacist said she would NOT show me how to do the injection. I've been going here for years, and I was flabbergasted at how rude she was to me. Next i went to Walmart in Midlothian and they were very nice saying they would be happy to teach me how to give myself injections but they don't take my insurance (tRICARE for life) Next i went to CVS near my house and they were more than happy to help me with my injections. I'm so disappointed in this Walgreens on Temie Lee Parkway in Midlothian. They use to be the very best pharmacy until 3 years ago. After the pandemic they shut down their drive through 2nd lane pickup. They kept saying they would open it up soon but never did. They lied to us about more than one thing. I don't recommend this pharmacy unless you want a really long time and rude pharmacist

40 minute wait even though I had an appointment. Rude & passive aggressive customer service from "CASHIER 129 - ISABELLA" who ripped my receipt & laughed & mouthed things to her coworkers who were actually doing their jobs. Isabella does not know much of what she's doing & I think she's quite confident in being rude for someone who usually does not have any idea what she's talking about.

This was my second time interacting with the front end clerk Diana and both times she was extremely rude. I needed to send a package via FedEx and went to her register. I started to speak and she cut me off saying I'm doing a price check and she then pointed to the other cashier and said he's with a customer, you need to wait. I continued with my question as to what line I needed to be in because the customer was not in front of her at the time. She then states, I'll call some one over to photo, you can go over there. Someone really needs to retrain her on customer service because this in unacceptable! The first time I let it go because I thought she was having a bad day and it happens, but two times in a row...very inappropriate!

Whatever you do, do NOT use this pharmacy! They misrepresent, don't read prescription requests, lie, and are extremely rude! I just went through two days of pretty hardcore surgery. Called ahead to inform them that we were having a new script transferred here, as the Walgreens at Genito is now closed...... and to assure script would be filled asap. They said they couldn't fill scripts from another Walgreens. Assured doc would send script to them for their pharmacy. Was assured not a problem, and they would put script to front of line, as they knew it was important. Called doc, doc immediately sent new script. Got to pharmacy, they said the script was written for the other pharmacy (even after I called...and I had doc on phone and doc confirmed she sent to Temie Lee location). We stated we would go to dinner and come back to get script. Called doc, doc ASSURED us script was sent to correct pharmacy. After dinner, went back, got same excuse. Phone gal got upset because we said we KNEW it was sent to them, she sent mgr(?) to speak w us. Mgr said she wouldn't fill. Keep in mind, I just had serious surgery and NEEDED meds. Obviously, I was upset and said something I shouldn't have. Mgr then said our business was no longer welcomed there. Called doc again, doc called Walgreens yet again. They finally filled it, but took 15 minutes sitting at window, and then they refused to even speak with us, other than demands such as " Need ID", "birth date", "state address". I guess I'll find out if they even filled the correct prescription later tonight, but I'll have husband post if they messed with it.... Whatever happens, if I can convince ONE person to move their prescriptions elsewhere, I will be thankful. I used to drive miles to use this place. No longer. In fact, Walgreens may NEVER see my business again, so sad.

I have purchased items from the photo center before but this time was horrible. My father died and I ordered memorial cards for his service coming up and was upset to see that they decided at the bottom to advertise the photo center on the memorial. I mean seriously who thought "hey this man died, we should put an advertisement for our photo center on his memorial card so those attending may think of us for the next funeral". It's embarrassing that I don't have time to make new ones and have to deal with their decision to do this at this time during his funeral service. Whoever is in charge needs to rethink their strategy because that's just stupid.

This has been my pharmacy for years. Staff is always polite and courteous. I get notifications advising of the status of medication orders and if they don't have it, they redirect me to a store that does have it. A+

So you have a HEATHER in the pharmacy who is abusive to people and I have no idea why you employ this monster. She is in the WRONG business. She absolutely attacked a friend of mine for ASKING about their refills. And because he was trying to see if she knew his situation, and asked for her name, she said "OH I KNOW WHO YOU ARE". How is a disabled senior citizen supposed to react to that??? I mean, is this how you want your clients treated?? WTH. I'd never use you again after witnessing this. I would rate zero if I could.

I'm pretty much done with this location. I'm standing in line, totally fine, all my stuff is down. I'm next, I've been in line for a few minutes already, the lady in the make up area waits until it's almost my turn to say "you can come over here". not close to the door. and if you try to say no she keeps insisting. but i know full well that the contactless payment never works. so it takes me twice as long to get checked out. there's nothing that walgreens really has that i can't get elsewhere. and considering i didn't get what i went there for in the first place, i now get to go make an extra stop.

The pharmacy techs and pharmacists are adequately trained, but the pharmacy is understaffed. During peak hours, they need more help. In addition, the pharmacy phone tree process is outdated. The system is subpar and waiting for someone to answer the transfer is a complete waste of time. I'm looking for another pharmacy.

They are fast at getting medicines ready and keeping you updated about what is going on with your perception and they let you know if there is a issue only thing is they take forever to answer the phone...
