I was very happy with my purchases. Lorenzo was awesome! He was by himself and was multitasking between several customers, he was like a very well oiled machine. He was very intelligent and had an awesome personality. He is a valuable asset. I hope you pay him well.

This was the most amazing experience I've had with a Verizon store in the 18 years that we have had Verizon. Ashley was wonderful. I purchased a new phone and she helped me with every aspect and answered every question. I wish I could give a 10 star rating!! Prior to coming to this store, I had just walked out of the corporate Verizon store on Hull Street. The staff and assistance at that store is worthless. I hit the jackpot by finding this Verizon at Chattanooga Plaza.

I honestly wish I could give minus stars or at least zero stars! WE GOT SCAMMED!
We went into the store to combine 2 accounts, but we were mislead into thinking that we would be receiving a bigger discount. The salesperson said that we could get an extra discount if we had multiple Verizon accounts regardless of the account type, business or personal. I was trying to get it set up and called up the Verizon customer service line. I spoke with several Verizon customer service reps and they all said there is no such discount available. Even if you’re a Verizon franchisee, you should still uphold all the Verizon policies and have full knowledge of the discounts that are available. If you don’t know, don’t lie and deceive customers into thinking that they are going to save money when they’re not. If you don’t know, you should call Verizon and find out. IT IS YOUR JOB AND RESPONSIBILITY!!!
On top of that, we were charge $39.99 to combine the plans when we were not supposed to be charged for this change!
Anyways, we will be leaving Verizon after the month is up!

SCAM and SCUM store. My 77 year old father went there to get help with one of his apps that was not opening properly (turns out he had to clear out a few spammy apps) and the person there said they would charge him $30 to do some technical troubleshooting. He called me and I ask him to ask the rep if this was an ACTUAL Verizon store or an authorized reseller/partner. HE LIED to my father stating this was an actual Verizon store. Tried to take advantage of an elderly person who lacked some basic technical abilities. Steer clear of this scummy place. They should be ashamed of themselves!

I had to wait 2 hrs to get service. There was only 1 employee in the store which was Brycen and a trainee Tanner who could o ly observe. Both were expectional in thier demeaner and attitude. These two young men were professional and polite, knowledgable and were able to mulitask and and with all that said I still was in the store 2 hrs. Both sales associates deserve 10 stars for the service I recieved. Management and owner of the store, really not even 1 star. I love the owners response to the previous reviewer who gave 1 star for the same reason and how they are sorry thier experience was less than ideal- really? I had to pay 192.00 whaich had nothing to do with the payment of the phone. All junk fees. Its not the previous reviewer's less than ideal experience its everyone's less than ideal experience that comes into your store. Corporate greed at its finest at the Verizon store.

We were really disappointed with the service here. We went in to trade in a phone and purchase a new phone and the kid who was working at the time didn’t seem to have any idea what he was doing - ended up charging us to pay off the trade in and then DIDNT TAKE THE TRADE IN. He also charged us four times for the set up fee. We had to go back in for the manager to fix everything. We are still waiting on the district manager to reverse another restocking fee they owe us.

Only has one person working on the floor and had to wait over an hour and a half to get any help. They reserved an item I ordered at this location and I had no choice but to wait while the only person on the floor did their best. They need to hire more people for this location or something. Damn.
