I went in yesterday to trade in my phone for a new one. We got to work with Ray and Toney. Both were so helpful. When we were working with Toney , I started to not feel well and he got me a water and told me he was there if i needed anything else. Everyone we got to work with were so helpful and so nice.

They are very friendly, for the most part. If you get lucky you get someone who cares and is able to help you. I did have one manager who was just rude to me. I would advise going to a different store.

Verizon Wireless offered me a free screen protector, by text, and referred to me as a valued customer in the text. Only the one offered in the text is not in stock in anywhere in my area. The authorized retailer offered a discount on the retail price of one they had in stock. I thought surely I’ll have a better experience at an actual store. At the actual Verizon store despite the fact that they sent me a coupon for up to $49.99 for a free one, they would not provide any discount on the screen protector. This is customer service at its worst as this was the second location I visited tonight.
