We went to Vera's because my good friend is a jeweler there and we loved every part of our experience! I had a vision of combining my grandmother and grandfathers ring into one engagement/wedding ring for myself. The timeframe was very reasonable, along with the prices and they did exactly what I asked! They were a pleasure to work with all around.

Took my 91 yr. old Mom to find a replacement wedding band after she had recently lost her original band.She ordered a specific band while not wearing her engagement ring. When the new band arrived, it was too wide on her finger with the engagement ring.We took the ring back immediately and ordered a new, thinner, wedding band.ALL were great in dealing with my Mom during this entire process. This why we continue to buy from Vera's!

My fiance worked with the Vera's team for months to design the perfect engagement ring for me. We went the nontraditional route with a sapphire and colorless zircon for accent stones, along with a band that had nature inspired elements. He didn't have enough positive things to say about the experience with them! They were so patient and supportive, and offered their professional guidance as a collaboration in designing my ring. Every day I am so grateful for it. We highly recommend them!

Vera’s did a new setting for my original diamond set that my husband gave me over 33 years ago. They did an amazing job. I absolutely love it and I am so thankful for Vera’s. Loaded pictures for before and after.

Many years ago, possibly when this business opened my wife at the time visited Vera's to look for a contemporary design with a single diamond. While waiting on Vera to finish with a previous customer another customer came in, and they were acknowledged by Vera. I actually knew the customer that had just arrived, however Vera opted to wait on them first before taking us in the order we arrived. I was far more tolerant in those days then I am today but this incident has always stuck in my thoughts because I knew it was insulting then but said nothing. Not anymore! I should have been far more demanding of her but never even got an apology.

We had a custom ring made for our 30th wedding anniversary. It incorporated diamonds from my wife's mother's old rings. Turned out absolutely gorgeous. The design and execution were awesome. My wife kept staring at the ring. It's both sentimental and beautiful. Thank you so much!

Fantastic Experience! I had no idea what to expect when I walked in, was referred to this place by my parents.Greeted immediately as I walked in the door, Tony helped me pick out a very pretty cross necklace for my wife’s birthday. The rest of the staff was awesome as well, their mascot Grace deserves all the treats!Buy local and support small business. Go here for your jewelry needs and ignore the big box jewelry stores!

Vera’s saved my wedding day! My ring came from Etsy and the center stone (opal) popped out 2 weeks before the wedding! I was luckily able to find the stone and Vera’s agreed to help. They were able to secure the stone in ample time for the wedding and it’s still in place over a year later. You can’t even tell there was a repair and it has held up beautifully.

I stopped in for a quick estimate and was met with the warmth and kindness of family. The estimate was relayed to me in a matter of days and was very reasonable for the amount of work needed to resize three rings, replace a diamond and repair prongs. The ring was finished around the time that was promised and pickup was very simple. I will be back!

My fiance and I went to Vera's to see about getting a custom engagement ring/wedding band. I showed them a picture of something similar I was thinking of and what they made FAR exceeded our expectations! I even brought in a ring that belonged to my mom, who passed, and they were able to incorporate the 2 small stones from her ring. Absolutely stunning work of art! I honestly admire it on my hand multiple times a day. It's perfect! Thanks to Pamela, who helped us and to the designer. Highly recommend ?
