Tried to ship a package overnight for my business. Dropped it off at 8:42am that morning to make sure it would get there the next day. They forgot to add my package to the pile to go out and couldn’t guarantee the following day. We had to pick up the package and go to FedEx to make sure it was delivered on time for my client. UPS is not reliable. I gave 2 stars because the staff is overall nice, just incompetent.

Blonde lady who worked there was really rude, wish I had her name. Gave me attitude the second I walked in. I hope if I come in here again she won’t be there because she ruined my day with her awful attitude treating me like I was stupid.
