Just found out recently that this UPS store does notary services in addition to the many other services provided. Today they were wonderful in meeting my needs in a timely manner, (that my bank could not perform on a moments notice). Angie was the best, and was able to accomplish my tasks in quick order, was very knowledgable and efficient. Thanks Angie and her fellow team members.

Denise was super friendly. Today was my first time ever having to return an item. I wasn’t aware of the process but Denise made it extremely easy for me. Even taped the box because I didn’t have any strong hold tape at home. Will return for sure due to her. Bubbly personality and all around great energy. More people on the world should be like her.

Package shipped 13 JUN and promptly lost upon arrival in destination state. Contacted store and was informed an email would be sent to initiate claim process; no email received. Followed up again and informed by Manager (Cameron) employee originally spoke to is no longer at the store and the insurance was submitted wrong and to contact corporate claims; corporate claims does not handle insurance claims and stores are contracted to submit these as needed. Called store again and spoke to Owner (Eric) who takes all the pertinent information again. Eric calls back after he investigates and tells me he'll send a check for the lost goods rather than re-file and correct the claim...fine. A month later and after a follow up call two weeks ago...nothing! I get it...it's only $80 worth of stuff but it was ours and it was meant to brighten a family members day who never received it. If you say you're going to do something in business, how about doing it?

UPS reaps you off if you don’t keep the box from Amazon delivery. Box fee of $11.80 is expensive but understandable. I didn’t know pack material (literally tape) costs $8.19 and putting the item in a box which takes two seconds could cost $4.50. Wow..

Not sure what's going on I never repost any of these comments I don't complained about anyone I know we all how our day. Ups store is a great store and loved working there. I was thinking about seeing to get back on again. I really miss the clients and the store. I'm going to try to signed out of all this app and possibly make a new user name. Not sure how I gotten scammed. Why would anyone do this they not getting anything from this. Oh good day

I normally really appreciate having them close by, as I find them to be a very easy business to work with. But yesterday I brought my three kids into the store (my own faul I know) to print off school curriculum and it was nothing but a mess.I was not able to use my email. I asked for help and got it. I was told to email the material to the store address. I was not told there was a computer fee. After getting it printed off, there were many of the pages printed in multiple, plus blank pages stacked inside. I was charged for all of this.I spent over $200 to throw away 10% of what was printed off that I had to pay for. I understand it was a little bit crazy, but I think a little more organization and communication would have helped ensure that it was a little more of a worthwhile experience.
