Taylor? Cashier? Rude. If you don’t know how to work a register or are new to tap cards……be kinder. It’s a user error. Not a customer error. A general rule of thumb is….never shout “your card was declined” if you’re new to working a register. And it’s untrue. Secondly, it’s fine to be short staffed. However, I never ask for help in this store because the general knowledge of the overall staff is quite low in terms of brand knowledge, what they’ve tried, and product pricing period. This is a grab and go location. For sure.

I went to get lowlights to blend my roots to my hair and was told I had to bleach my roots first. So I got my roots bleached and the first and second toner she suggested was out of stock so she created one and I ended up with blue hair and a $300 bill. I complained about the cost for the blue hair and was given a 100% discount with a promise the manager would call the next day to schedule a appointment to fix it but no call

I went in and had both clinique and benefit consultants help me create a new summer look (for me, who buys clearance tar'get makeup and embraces what-evs IPSY sends my way. HA!) They did SUCH an amazing job. I'm so, so thankful for what they helped me achieve! I will be going back seasonally for them! LOVE you all!

I had the best experience ever. The manager was amazing and helpful. The staff is absolutely wonderful. It a beautiful store with a warm and inviting atmosphere. I recommend going there it's fantastic!!!

Ulta is generally pretty good with providing exceptional customer service. I've had associates help me select the perfect cologne to wear for my wife on more than one occasion. This time was the exception. I had a pickup order and forgot to bring my identification. The premise of their easy peasy contactless curbside pick up is notify them on the application that you are there, open the trunk, and the associate would put the product in your trunk. Well, they refused to give me the product ($70 worth of shampoo and conditioner) and the manager Tammy was not nice about it. I went in to show the email confirmation and the bar code that they could scan but nope she was snippy and walked away from me. Needless to say, it was much easier for me to contact corporate office to get my refund and drive 2 miles down the road to BeautiFull to get the shampoo and conditioner.

Kirsten is absolutely fantastic. Hands down best highlight I've ever had. If you have finicky dark hair that is hard to lighten, go to her shes amazing.
