He took good care of my car, offered me a ride but I had to decline because the dealership provided other means of transportation. I would have rather rode with John because he was so friendly and his truck didn't smell like weed LOL :)

“I was told I needed a battery by another supplier. I came to Autozone to compare prices. I worked with Clayton who offered excellent customer service. In addition to changing my batteries in my car remotes, and teaching me how to replace my air filter, he re-tested my current battery to see if I needed a new one. We found out it tested good and that a new one wasn’t necessary. After discussing my options, I decided to return the new battery and keep the old. I appreciate his honesty and the knowledge he shared with me. You’ve got a good one in Clayton!”

“I have a classic modified car (71 Chevelle) that I drive on rare occasions & ran into issues with the fuel system on 288 near Hull Street Road. Another tow service I contacted was of no assistance and thankfully I contacted Eagle Towing. Brandon, the driver, went above and beyond to help with the situation since my car was stranded dangerously close to the edge of 288. My classic car was handled with care and safely delivered back to my driveway without any further issues. Brandon deserves some recognition for how he assisted me & that is the sole purpose of my review!”
