So pleased with the help I received from one of the employees here. His name is Howard. He was very helpful, encouraging, and helped me find just what I needed to fix something I needed for my door (ultimately saving me a lot of money that I would have had to use to get a replacement directly from the manufacturer). I have done a number of projects recently using on line orders at this Home Depot. These folks are on top of it EVERY TIME!!!! DO NOT GO TO LOWE'S .... WORST SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES EVER AT LOWES MIDLOTHIAN !!!!!!!!
