I visited the Fresh Market and several other comparable grocery stores in town. This location has exemplary cuts of chicken, seafood, and beef as well as an olive bar.

I love The Fresh Market!! I have a very sensitive tummy and my Nutritionist stated to me that I have to start eating more "ORGANIC" and healthier Foods!!! Since I have been shopping at your store my tummy is shouting for JOY!!! I will not shop anywhere else... The food is much freshier and it tastes "Great"!!! ? ?☺️

Love the products and store but service not so good. I waited 15 minutes at the meat counter and never could get waited on or even acknowledged. There were several managers discussing flower arrangements. I think one of them should have been behind the meat counter. Lots of other choices available to shop so i went down to Kroger.

I freaking hate this place. I do instacart. There is no one ever there and I see why. They never have things I need and the layout is a nightmare. The worse thing is that the meat department and dessert department are never around to help so you burn a lot of time. The Dessert people also have an attitude that makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them. The music also drives me crazy.

The produce is no better than any other supermarket and often they leave it out too long and it's far worse. The deli seems to have a lot of staff, sometimes three and four people at a time but they rarely look up to see someone waiting, you have to call to them. The meat department is more often in the back and also don't look out for customers.I have discovered that this is not typical for other stores but mine on Comewealth in Midlothian is not a star store.

Older lady in deli was so extremely rude to me, I work in food service and would never be treated this way, fresh market I love you but I can’t ever come back since y’all hire rude people. Where is the customer warmth?
