Cesar is absolutely fantastic! I dropped a claddagh ring off, that my mother, who unexpectedly passed, got me from Ireland years ago. It was sterling silver and I wanted to have it dipped in gold before I left for Ireland (to celebrate my mom’s life), and Cesar not only got it done in time before my family’s trip to Ireland - but he did a fantastic job!!! The ring is beautiful and so sentimental to me, I’d highly recommend this wonderful store!

Found my promise ring after a year, the whole time it was stuck in the bathroom sink. It was dingy, obviously so, and I took it here to get it cleaned. The young man and lady working were excellent and very nice! They cleaned my ring for free, and it shines as beautifully as it did when I first recieved it! 10/10 experience, thank you Sycamore Jewelers so much!

Old time service and fair prices. I was looking to buy a 14k chain. surely not their biggest purchase of the day but I was made to feel like a long valued customer. Been a while since I have done a jewelry purchase. Now I have found this place, I'll be saving to get one of the pieces I saw today!

From the initial consultation, to the follow-up messages about progress, and the final product, Cesar was amazing! The ring they created blew away all the expectations we had. Absolutely fantastic experience. I am new to Virginia and I was so nervous to find a new jeweler for many reasons. I was referred to a different jeweler and went to get some suggestions on a new ring setting as I was unhappy with mine. The First jeweler said nothing could be done and I needed an entirely new setting, band etc. costing over $1500. I didn’t want all of that done as it was costly and not want I needed or wanted. I went to Sycamore on a whim based off of their reviews, and I absolutely could not be happier. Cesar was so personable, friendly, and most importantly, patient. He gave me several different options, and I could not be happier with the work that was done. My ring is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be more grateful. He is trustworthy, personable, and kind. He will not try to rip you off or sell/push unnecessary things. Thank you SO much Sycamore Jewelry. I have now found my jeweler.

I had a great experience at this store!
They altered my watch band and replaced the battery.
The work was done quickly and professionally, and the owner was knowledgeable and courteous.
I would recommend Sycamore Jewelers to anyone who needs jewelry alterations or repairs.

The best Jeweler ever! Brought in a family heirloom that needed repair. Cesar was personable and treated my item as if it were his own. We felt like we were his only clients with the attention and kindness. They have the most beautiful jewelry selection as well. So happy I found them!
