My second time there, and I love talking with Michelle as she takes care of me.
Yes, it's a little slow compared to these large salons, but they take their time and try to get it right.
Michelle is awesome with my eyebrows, I won't go to anyone else!

The few times I've used this salon I never saw any cleaning of the foot soaking tubs. Small portable fans are used to dry nails, very old equipment. Non stop talking (2.5 hours) of the technician, left with a headache. Won't be going back.

Definitely disappointed. Paid for a deluxe pedicure which says it includes a 15minute massage however it was a basic pedicure with no massage. Will not be returning.

Cute place, tried it for the first time last week. They were very friendly however there was a repeat customer that warned us if you plan on getting your nails done there not to have any plans for hours because it takes forever for them to get to you, which was absolutely true. My mom and I walked in at 5 and we didn’t leave until 7:30. It was insane, a pedicure and a manicure somehow took 2.5 hours (and 100$). But again they were very kind people working there (only two of them).Also they don’t hold appointments very well (per the repeat customer we were talking to who knew the two workers by name).I did not like that there was no prices posted anywhere so it was a mystery how much our nails would be until we paid.

I have neglected my toes all winter, decoded spur of the moment to stop in on a Monday. I expected to see the lovely owner and her parents...learned they sold the business to new owners in Nov. '22. I was skeptical-I found it to be warm and friendly before with a no-nonsense, efficient pedicure. I was so pleasantly surprised! Tammy took so much time with my Lavender-Mint pedicure-over an hour and my toes are perfect. Same amount as before only for the longer, more thorough service. They also have a classic pedicure, which is $10 less than the previous owners. It's not the fanciest decor, but everyone there was so friendly and the pedicure was truly amazing. I will be back!

I was a client of Michelle and Brian at their previous location and followed them to their new location. They are very good at what they do. New location is conveniently located off 288 or from Midlothian Trnpk in the Ivymont Square shopping center. So after getting my nails done, I can do my food shopping at Kroger in the same plaza!

I have received a pedicure here from Van a few times and he has been throughly consistent. Even brought my Mom to enjoy the experience! He is very pleasant and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. He really gets in between the nails and makes sure your feet are nice and smooth before you leave. He really takes pride in his work and worth every penny. Looking for a great a pedicure, ask for Van!
