Incredibly transparent and communicative staff. After having a negative experience elsewhere, it was refreshing to work with the folks at Stuart Rolfe and get my vehicle serviced.

My wife drives a 2011 Lexus LX 570. We took it to Sheehy Lexus of Richmond because we couldn’t get the trunk to open and our tire pressure sensor light was on. Long story short, after keeping my car for 3 days, they wanted to charge us nearly $2,000 for parts and labor. I told them I wanted a 2nd opinion. We took it to Stuart Rolfe on Murray Old Dr/Midlothian Tpke and they fixed everything in an hour. Total charge $137. Thank you for great customer service!

I'm glad I discovered this place as I prefer to patronize local businesses. These guys were great, fixed my exhaust leak quickly with no problems plus I got to look under the car to see for myself. Owner is a huge NASCAR (Earnhardt) fan with cool memorabilia scattered throughout the lobby. Very good experience and I will be back if I ever need exhaust work.Service: Exhaust

I have been going to this shop off and on for over 30 yrs. I have always been treated wonderfully. They do what I ask and are quick. They inform me of future problems that may arise and give me options on how to proceed. I trust Stuart Rolfe.

Zero communication from these people. My car sat up there without being touched. They never picked up the phone to call me, or the insurance company. Lazy, poor customer service, and subpar work. I'll go elsewhere.

I was very very pleased with the service I received. They were very prompt and I only had a small waiting time of 25 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone and I'll look forward to doing business with them again.

If zero were possible it would be zero I am a shop owner myself Car machine is broken Brought wheels and tires from a customer's vehicle that had been freshly painted up to the tire shop To have them installed I made it very clear that the paint was still Fragile And to please take caution When putting suction cup On the face of the wheel They completely disregarded My wish To use caution I now have to paint Both wheels The owner point blank Refuse to take responsibility If they can't do something as simple as Cover Something when you ask them to cover it What else Will they disregard Consumer beware
