This was my first time visiting and Nora did great! Did exactly what I asked for and was great at checking in with what changes I wanted as she kept cutting so that was comforting! I didn’t get my hair colored but the full face picture is way I asked for and the other is what I got

I had the most amazing experience today at the salon! My Artist cheree made Me feel so beautiful and refreshed! I also had a wonderful little hand massage from Chloe, That was such a nice touch. Sometimes we get lost in the hustle and bustle of life and forget to take care of ourselves, and this Salon truly make sure that you feel pampered?

I adore this place. Jessica does such a freaking amazing job on my hair every single time and I adore Shannon! She does a beautiful job waxing and giving facials. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Very nice staff, and a great haircut. the salon and the staff give you a pampered feel (complimentary scalp massage and hand massage), nice lotions in the bathroom, etc. Calm, quiet, happy and professional staff.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the warm and inviting welcome when you first walk in, to the calm and relaxing atmosphere, and the top shelf stylists and colorists, Serendipity shines. The best salon in Richmond.

I just moved to the area and had high hopes because of the great reviews and photos, however I didn’t have a great experience. The stylist had a bit of an attitude when I asked for specific things for my hair, and otherwise did not speak to me for the 1.5 hours I was there…I did not feel comfortable at all. The only color I received was blonde money pieces, and they weren’t gradual at all, and uneven in the width of hair used per side. I have since had it touched up by the same stylist which they did for free, however it’s still not great and somehow more blocky/uneven. For positives, the place physically was appealing, I loved the added touches (hand massages), and everyone else seemed to be nice.

By far the best salon in Midlothian! From the greeting by name at the door, to the complimentary scalp and hand massages, to the prompt service. When I arrive, I am taken back for a shampoo within minutes, never have to wait for my stylist to finish with another client. I recommend booking multiple appointments to ensure you get the best time slot for your schedule as they do book out. I’ve heard they are all great, but I have to give a shout out to Stacey, who I love!
I had my first facial today with Shannon and it was one of the best I’ve had in Richmond! As a mom of two littles, I don’t get much “me” time. This was 90 minutes of bliss and my skin felt great!
