Love to shop at Sam's. Great buys if you watch for the specials. Only issue I have is being harassed by AT&T reps trying to get you to switch.

Love the prices. Love the curbside pickup. Love how I am greeted when entering the store and don't get hounded by the sales people. It's a nice location.

I had an issue with a curbside order pick up. The Manager Angie and her team were very helpful and kind with getting the issue resolved. Great customer service!

Chubby tall black night guy on a weekday got angry I was ringing the doorbell and told me to chill out. He had an attitude and aggressive energy. The way he "greeted" me escalated into an argument which resulted in him sharing the bol from my hand and closing the door on me without giving me a door, so I backed into an open dock and he just started unloading me. Will update after I get my bol back.

wanda at the cafe counter took my order. I stood back and waited, then saw a line forming. I went to pick up my order, which should have been ready (hot dog and pizza). wanda was preparing a pizza, turned around, I put my hand out to take the order, and wanda gave the order to the person who was behind me. Why was the person behind me helped before I was helped? Another person finally came out, and wanda told her to get my order.

The physical store and its employees are all great, but the company itself is super greedy and unwilling to pay for their mistakes. I had to pay a repair bill for $2,000 because I received contaminated gasoline from this location. I filed a product claim in attempt to have Sam’s Club help me regarding the cost of the bill, but they denied my claim and said they are not responsible. The store location even sent corporate the incident footage of me pumping the contaminated gasoline into my vehicle. I even provided the service records and bill from the Service Center stating that “the issues with my vehicle were caused by contaminated gasoline.” I was without my vehicle for almost 2 months because of this issue. I am beyond disappointed with Sam’s Club and their internal investigation team regarding the product claim. I have been a member for over a decade, but will now be canceling my membership. Corporate America has to be held accountable for acts such as this. Very unfair to the consumer.For the record - My claim number is 23115954 just in case the social media team see’s this comment and decides to do the right thing.

I have not been here but ordered a cake from here for this upcoming weekend and the initial person I spoke to hung up on me twice and put me on hold for so long that the phone hung up itself! She answered the phone and didn’t let me say anything before putting me on hold for 10 mins then answering with a attitude. After she left im guessing and the next person clocked in (she told me she had just clocked in) that is when I received the help I needed! I was on the phone for 2 hours before actually getting help.

The employee at the food court register was not helpful at all. I wanted a brownie sundae and all he said was “we don’t have brownies.” Ok, so I asked if he could put a cookie in it instead. He said “we don’t have cookies.” The employee was not willing to provide any alternatives or recommendations. No suggestions for similar products. Smh

It's exactly what you would expect from an all-around well-stocked and above-average wholesale shopping experience. The crowds were small, the lines were short, the shelves more than adequately stocked, and the sales associates (though meager in number) were both very responsive and quite helpful. I can honestly say that I would recommend this business to my friends and family, should they find themselves in need of the types of services this business purports to quite adequately provide. And, should I find myself in need of their services once again, I would not hesitate to patronize them in the future.

Nice, clean and the inventory is full. Awesome experience with every employee I had contact with. From the front door, staff on the floor, people from the backroom pulling pallets, bathroom was clean and the front door check was a pleasure. Keep up the great/consistent training and follow-up! My mother said it was great also!

For a club membership outfit Sam's is a far better experience than Costco. The employees are customer oriented than Costco's and product selection is every bit as good. Costco has damn near eliminated the product sampling and those they do put out are junk ! What's with these discount retailers, they're flushed with cash and yet they've gotten cheap as hell ! That holds tricot both Sam's and Costco alike. My advise STOP SCREWING THE PUBLIC !
