Asked women for help while attempting to check out for a cart FULL of groceries. She rolled her eyes and walked away, the. When she got about 15 feet away she saw me looking in disbelief, she threw her hands up like a child. I left my cart and I will never go back here. I will spend my 5k a month elsewhere.

For a club membership outfit Sam's is a far better experience than Costco. The employees are customer oriented than Costco's and product selection is every bit as good. Costco has damn near eliminated the product sampling and those they do put out are junk ! What's with these discount retailers, they're flushed with cash and yet they've gotten cheap as hell ! That holds tricot both Sam's and Costco alike. My advise STOP SCREWING THE PUBLIC !

thrash customer service from security when answer the phone and put you on hold ,don't comeback to pick the phone up and than not even bother to answer when you call back ,I place an order to pick up wait forever to never get it because for 5 hours I keep checking my order and always show in progress, I never get it but my card get charge

I was discriminated against for being hearing impaired at a gas pump. The employee that was managing the gas pumps was wearing a mask. Evidently, when you speak to someone wearing a mask, they can't read your lips. She walked up and shut off my pump because my engine was on. Then walked away. No explanation and no warning because I couldn't read her lips, due to the fact she was wearing a mask. Then, to make a scene, she calls over a male associate to talk to me, and he told me that I wasn't hearing impaired, and I had to explain that no one, even if not hearing impaired, can read lip with a mask on. I'm writing the home office and will most likely seek legal against this because of the way this was handled. These two associates should be fired. Tony was managing an African American female that was thin was the one that shut off my pump.

Beware. I joined last September. In the last year, there were only 5 thing I ever bought there. Not worth it. Two things I don’t need. 1 I have enough of. 1 I can get at Wegmans across the street.
Today I got a notice that my membership has been renewed at the new rate. No one asked me. I ultimately found a menu to contact someone there. After waiting to contact someone for 15 minutes, I reached the top of the queue. After a couple of minutes there, “no agents found, mail terminated. Call back later.”
Tomorrow I will be the person turning purple with the effort to refrain from stuffing my soon to be canceled card at the customer service desk in whatever orifice presents itself first.

Trash customer experience. If you value your time and not being rudely met with a "hold on" greeting and long phone wait go there. If you like GREAT SERVICE go elsewhere

Lord I wanted to like Sams but ....it was awful. Dimly lit, rude employees And a chaotic mess inside. I'll stick with Costco and never stray again.

Decided to get a membership. Went today and it was awful. Dimly lit, ransacked mess. Staff as well as customers …rude. Got a refund and am Sticking with Costco which we love.

This review is based off of the Tire Deparment. I received wonderful customer service from Calph. Truly a gem to Sam's Club. The tires were put on fast and you can't beat Sam's tire program. I mean free roadside assistance?? Who does that!! We will get all our tires done at Sam's from now on.

Tried to shop at Sam's today. But once again left all my things in the cart and left. The check out line was not socially distancing. It was butt to cart all the way back to the seafood/prepared foods deli case. The wait would have been 45 min at best. Hire more cashiers and open all the registers.
