My dad took his 03 Monte car for a transmission rebuild at 119,000 miles transmission fully went out at 140,000 miles. Do not take your car here since he had it rebuilt had multiple problems with it I had to take it back several times. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone and highly recommend you guys don’t take your car there to have a transmission replaced. owner Jerry is disrespectful straight rob me and my dad this place needs to be shut down for bad business. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau this week

I was having a shudder on acceleration with my 2020 edge. We took it to Crossroads Ford because we had the extended warranty. Come to find out the warranty ran out and they were quoting me $5900 for a new transmission. We were recommended River Ridge by a friend and called they were able to get us in right away. We received a call a few days later explaining that they didn’t think it needed a new transmission but that the fluid needed to be replaced. They replaced the fluid and the car runs like it did when I bought it. I highly recommend these guys as they are honest and reasonable!Service: Transmission

River Ridge Automotive rebuilt my transmission for my 2019 Chevrolet Suburban.I will not go off on a tangent about Chevy transmissions as I should save that for another review…Jerry and Sam rebuilt the transmission at a fair price and provided a two year warranty on their work.Fast forward to a week ago and I was made aware the transmission would shudder when trying to engage.I called Jerry and Sam and they were able to get me in asap.After dropping the transmission pan and finding no metal shavings they topped off fluids and had me on my way with a continued guarantee that if I had further problems to come back. No charge.I was very thankful for Jerry and Sam because in this day in age I was not given a line about parts being covered but labor being excluded.Great people and quality work they are willing to stand behind.If you are in need of transmission services give them a call at River Ridge Automotive.

Poorly managed. They forgot about my vehicle and then instead of prioritizing it, they continued to push me off day by day. Really unhappy with the service and lack of communication and did not feel valued as a customer.

Transmission went in my wife's car tool it to a place I will not name tried to get over on me. Found this place got my car Friday Transmission done car back the following Wednesday. Also got a military discount, great service and not 1 issue.
