Why does this pharmacy exist? It takes at least two days to fill any prescription and today after waiting two days the script could not be dispensed because there was no pharmacist on the premises. Worthless!

Absolute worst pharmacy. It’s randomly closed and the wait times are very long.

Terrible store. The pharmacy is only open very limited hours and the store is chronically understaffed. Sadly, all Walgreens stores are terrible these days. They need to close at least half their stores and consolidate the staffs so that the remaining stores are full service and not part-time. The current level of service is just not acceptable.

I don’t know what the heck is going on with this pharmacy but they are constantly randomly closed. Either close the location or staff properly. It’s happened at least few times in the last two months, and those are just the days I’ve happened to go. A pharmacy is not a resource that can simply close randomly. People rely on medications and some can’t be transferred. If you want a reliable alternative, head to the Walgreens on Browns Way.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I've been trying to get my son's medication for 10 DAYS. They are so unhelpful and do not care about you AT ALL. I will be moving myself, prescriptions, and all business elsewhere.

The employees here are always so welcoming. The pharmacy can take a minute but everyone there are nice and understanding.

The cashier that waited on me today was super friendly and funny. I wish all people worked with such a great attitude!

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Scheduled vaccinations , no one waiting, 5 workers in the pharmacy. NO ONE vaccinating.. One hour wait. Terrible service!

After waiting for 15 minutes in line at the pharmacy (with just 2 customers in front of us and none behind us), we were told that we had to have an appointment for a simple flu shot. No one else was waiting at the pharmacy and my husband has a broken bone, which should have been obvious to the pharmacy staff by his sling, so we don't go out a lot. We happened to be on the way back from a doctor's appointment and stopped by the pharmacy. I think they should have made an exception or at least had a sign at the pharmacy counter or, better yet, on the front door, that vaccinations are by appointment only. I had gotten a walk-in flu shot at another pharmacy last week, so I didn't think it would be a problem.

Polo parkway pharmacy staff are rude and do not know their jobs. We went to Walgreens to transfer meds. The staff said they would not do it. We back to our pharmacy told them what happened. Went to another Walgreen and excellent services with no rudeness. Called the manager back at polo parkway and she seemed to not care about her staff knowledge on the matter that I needed help in.

While the store is fine the pharmacy is terrible! They are always understaffed and they make you wait forever! I was there today to get my booster and my appointment was at 4pm and they made me wait 25 minutes before calling me back, ridiculous!!! And that was only when I went back to the counter to complainGo to Publix instead.

I got beat up by 14 year olds in the squishmallow section. The employees laughed but the kids broke my bones and I am paralyzed from the waist down.

Walgreens on Polo pkwy lost my disposal camera Film, which I had taken on trips the full year of 2021, including my rare trip to NYC. I am devastated, as I invested so much money & time into these images, probably never going to these destinations again. I turned them in on 1/1/22, and didn’t receive a call back until 2/15/22. Though they were nice enough to offer a new camera and $20 gift card, it does not change the 30 memorable images with friends/family that completely went to waste. If there is anything I or Walgreens can do to find these pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I go to this location pretty often and the staff is always nice. I went in a few days ago and there were two associates up front who I believed to be managers(one name was Lisa). One of the associates was ringing up a customer and I was next in line and she just walked away from the counter and started having a conversation with the other associate about a problem they were having in photos. That was all fine but acknowledging me and telling me to give them a second would’ve been better . Lisa then stood there on the computer while talking to other lady . She didn’t acknowledge me or ring me up until the lady who walked away said can you ring her up. I just didn’t receive great customer service from them ,it was as if I was interrupting something more important. While I was getting rung up an older lady walked in and asked about senior day and Lisa answered her very quietly with no eye contact and the lady didn’t hear her so she answered her again louder but still with no eye contact . I work in customer service so I understand things happen. I’m sure there wasn’t any intent behind any of this but just a heads up next time to communicate with the paying customer instead of walking away from the register and not saying anything as if someone isn’t waiting right in front of your face .
