My husbands vehicle was damaged on 07/21/2024 by a malfunction of this car wash. The company agreed to pay for damages, we complied with all their request and submitted all the asked for. We have yet to hear from them. Numerous attempts have been made to reach to them without success! This is extremely frustrating especially because it was due to malfunction of their equipment. We keep getting the run around, after the estimate was submitted now they are asking for a second estimate to compare prices! They should have a n appraiser check it if that’s their worry instead of having the customer do their work. I will now submit this to my car insurance and have them deal with these people.

First & last time going through this car wash today. One attendant at the payment kiosk, one in the wash bay guiding cars into the conveyor. Once the wash started your vehicle is locked in. After going through at least one set of scrubbers the passenger side mirror was "knocked" in to the point I felt it was necessary to take a picture for documentation.
I pulled over to inspect and found paint missing. This is on a vehicle with around 7k miles. A third attendant inside their office area filed a report but basically stated it's common for mirrors to fold in, unlikely their equipment caused any damage, said I should hear from corporate within a week or so.. but didn't sound too promising. He stated the photo showing the mirror knocked in by their equipment was unnecessary.
Took pictures around the vehicle and asked how many times it's been washed in 30 days.. because that matters??
0/5 stars. Go elsewhere with a touch less car wash if possible. Will update accordingly if the corporate office addresses the vehicle damage.
EDIT: I finally received a call back regarding the damage. Not from corporate as I was told, but by the attendant who made the report. Incredibly, it was denied because their equipment is not designed to damage vehicles... you've got to be kidding me. The scratch on the tip of the mirror clearly shows an impact. So much for expecting a company to do the right thing.
EDIT: Added photos of the mirror auto-folded in for comparison. Notice the angle of the mirror that was hit is slightly larger than the auto-folded mirror.
Edit #2: Owner response says they will consider this internally... that doesn't fix my damaged vehicle. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

If you try to cancel your membership, good luck with that. I had to stop payment on my credit card. I was given false information when I signed up for what I thought was for a month of service. It was actually reoccurring every month. I only bought the plan because I was going to be in the area for a while, as I reside in Maine.
In response to yours', I reached out to everyone imaginable in your company, but now you'll help. Your site does not allow you to cancel, unless you fixed that, which I doubt.

This place is the worst, no one to get in touch with if you have a problem .You have to go online to do everything, and you never reach anyone .I canceled my subscription online, and they continue to take money out of my account. So I decided to go and talk to the supervisor,he was very rude and told me all kinds of lies. I was very unhappy with his answer or lack of one. This location is off Hull Street near McDonald's.
