They have pet supplies & accessories for almost any type of pet. Ample parking. Clean with knowledgeable staff. Many unique items. They also have live animals: fish, reptiles, kittens hamsters,etc. They don’t carry any of the typical consumer branded food products like Purina, Pedigree, etc.

Horrible experience. I had been told by others to not come here because their dogs have been burned by the clippers. I unfortunately found myself in a time sensitive predicament and could not go to my normal groomer. I even called the GM and spoke to him about my concerns and he told me I would be in good hands with Nikky. He said she was the trainer and would be with my dog the whole time overseeing my dog while students worked on him. Upon arriving this morning for our scheduled appointment, Nikky immediately upsets me and puts me in to an uncomfortable position by not accepting the fact that I do not have an emergency contact. No other groomer I have ever gone to in over 30 years has required an emergency contact other than myself for my animal. I even told her to put the GM down then if someone was required but that was not acceptable for her. I could have just given bogus information but what purpose does that serve? It’s a stupid policy. So they have now changed my appt that I originally signed up for to now only getting some services and making me stay in the store and miss work while it’s done. Meanwhile, I have had to sit out here and listen to my dog cry while Nikky stayed out front checking in customers NOT overseeing her students at all. When I visibly got upset trying to look for my dog and what was going on with him for him to be crying like that, and a student came out saying she needed help, Nikki then went back there. I can only imagine what they have done to him back there and I should have just left. I will definitely never return here again. This has been a terrible experience top to bottom. It’s a shame that this store has now lost all of my business because of this horrible grooming experience. The GM and staff have always been extremely nice and helpful when purchasing our pet supplies. But I will not be returning because of Nikky. She has been nauseatingly over the top nice and kind putting on a show to every other customer that has now come in because I am being made to sit here and wait like a bad person for not having an emergency contact. It’s a shame she couldn’t be fake nice to me as well.

Management is very disrespectful here, someone named Niky gave me a lot of attitude when I was simply trying to ask a question about the grooming services here. DO NOT COME HERE

Awesome experience. Vet was very knowledgeable and helpful with r dog. She got her shots and check up. Will definitely b coming back.

It's an okay store, aside from storing more than one ball python or corn snake together. I also noticed a ferret was biting and sucking on another's ear (a white ferret, likely a sign of blindness and using it as stimulation for comfort) and when I asked they acted like it was nothing, when in reality it's not entirely fair to the other ferret, who had a bright purple ear at the time from being sucked on. They talk about a tortoise that flips herself in her water dish, and that can be a big issue with the water dish itself, not the tortoise. When you get the store running, the tortoise becomes active, which is why it only happens during the day. If it's not the water dish, the tortoise is sick. It can be a huge problem and yet you're selling her like it's nothing. No proper heat lamps that I see.
Only reason for 2 stars is because I can get my feeders for reasonable price.

Horrible public relations service made a vet appointment they canceled at the last minute then I was there for my dog to get his rabies shot after making another appointment and they refused to take care of him. No where in the instructions does it say they would refuse to take care of a dog if he got a little sick from the prior vaccination which is one of the side effects and it’s to be expected.

I’ve to wait at the cashier queue to ask for help at the aquarium department.after I get to ask for assistance at the cashier . I still have to wait for 10 minutes for the assistant to arrive and this is not the first time happened. I’ll not going back to that store if I don’t have to.
