Such a great source of awesome jewelry, Tom's, and clothes. Blair assisted me and was so sweet to model bracelets! I took pics and sent them to my son for his final selection for girlfriend! ??? Wonderful experience!

Penelope is my go to shop anytime I need a special gift or just the right outfit. Recently I thought of a gift I needed fairly last minute and I called on Penelope and their amazing team to make it happen. They did a phenomenal job, as always! The staff at the Sycamore Square location in the actual Midlothian Village are off Midlothian Turnpike across from the Old High School are great and helped me a good deal when shopping for my Wife and Daughter but the one over in Hancock Village area have horrible customer service and for no reason whatsoever are a bunch of snobs and I hope they get closed down because of it.
