Stay away from this Midlothian location! They sold a Kia with 0 mileage(supposedly). The motor had oil leaks constantly. The owners were notified, as well as the service and sales.manager. They were all careless, unprofessional and condescending.Stay away from this place.You've been warned!!DJ Behm, per your request below, I was suggested to give you a call. I just hung up with you, and your responses to me were totally useless. Hyman Bros sold a 2019 Kia Optima with supposed 0 miles with a bad motor. There were complaints about the oil consumption in the first few weeks after purchased, and your service department suggested that this was normal. Now you want the customer to reach out to Kia directly when your service department should've handled this in the very beginning. It is very clear that Hyman Bros is not an honest reputable company with integrity. I reached out to you weeks ago via email, and you purposely chose NOT to respond. This company does not take responsibility for their faultiness, and I will continue broadcasting your unprofessionalism and scams to everyone possible!As I stated in my earlier post......PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM HYMAN BROS. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY!!!!FYI, the responses from "the owner" on these reviews are simply ploys to make people think that they want you to call their office to rectify issues. The owner has no intent on helping you. He just puts the responses out so it appears that he's diligent with customer resolution. DJ Behm IS NOT WILLING TO ASSIST AT ALL!This place is a scam in every way!Don't allow the smiles and kind words fool you!!!

I just purchased a 2024 Kia Forte GT-Line from Hyman Bros Kia. I must say I am highly impressed. Initially, after the offer I received from Hyman, I was a little taken back because another Kia dealership, who I won’t name but in the area of South Chesterfield, VA told me they were going to do better with pricing only to find out it was all a lie, they haggled the price. They were aggressive and disrespectful. They wasted my time. I started to go with the Mazda dealership, but I just prefer Kia. So today I decided after I walked away from the other Kia to follow back up with Hyman Bros with my salesman Mr. Chris, who is sooooo wonderful and they still said they had the offer. They did not haggle me and play unfair. They were fair and reasonable with their responses and were not trying to deceive me. I did everything by email and text because I work a lot and do not have time to sit and wait around. I need the deal done so I can walk in and sign and go on with my day. I am used to this type of service in Texas where I dealt strictly with one dealership in Katy, TX who allowed me to always do deals by email and I just went in and signed. After moving to VA I wanted to purchase again and needed a safe place to do it from without all the hassle. Today at Hyman Bros I walked straight in the dealership on 1/12/2024 and walked out within 30 to 45 minutes with a signed and financed new car with Kia. I already was getting my Telluride serviced at this dealership very regularly and loved their service department. I only drive Kia cars because I love their quality and longevity. I certainty will continue to only buy from Hyman Bros with Mr. Chris as my salesman and Mr. Kenney the sales manager. This is the process every customer deserves to have when buying a car and their mind to be at peace. I’m glad they were receptive to me coming back for the offer. They were so kind. I’m sure I will be back in several years to buy another Kia. Thank you Hyman Bros and every person I interacted with today, even the finance person. He was a very nice guy.

Well to be honest we were just going at Kia so I can take a look at cars that my husband saw the day prior and go to another dealership do the same thing until I can decide which car I wanted. But within a few seconds we got there we were greeted by Derrick. He was kind and nice to work with, if it wasn’t him I don’t think we would’ve make our decision and make a deal. Thank you Derrick!

Amber Cleveland got my Sportage in for service quickly and my car was done in short order. Delivering it back to the customer freshly washed is a very nice touch. I don't know if I ever had this done by a dealership before. Nicely done Hyman Bros.

I worked with Mohamad and he was so sweet, so understanding and so helpful from the beginning. He definitely works with you to ensure you are completely satisfied in the end. Even after, he ensured to follow-up to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend working with him; he will definitely put his best foot forward to help you out!

Outstanding customer service, excellent pricing and no pressure sales approach. We purchased a 2023 Sorento Plug In Hybrid SX-Prestige and have been averaging 75 MPG - the high end German Hybrid vehicles have nothing on this unassuming gem. The KIA build quality, excellent manufacturer warranty and purchase price compared to other comparable PHEV vehicles is unmatched. Our experience at Hyman Bros KIA is by far the best car buying experience we have ever had.

Incompetent. AVOID. I was sick of poor service at Hyman Kia so after bringing my car to this dealership since I'd bought it new - I decided to get my next service at another mechanic. That mechanic brought to my attention I had an issue that might still be covered under warranty - surprised Hyman didn't catch it at my 60k appt, I brought the car back in to Hyman, sat for nearly two hours for the service manager to say in fact the issue WAS covered under warranty though I had gone over 60k by the time I brought it back to them. He said I was lucky as the service would have cost $1,145. After waiting all that time he said however they didn't have the parts so I made an appt to come back. A week later they called and had to push the appt a couple more weeks. I show up at the new appt, waited half an hour and the service rep came out to tell me they changed their mind and it was not covered. I said why did they tell me it was covered and made an appt to come back? I decided to stay only because I had already checked the price elsewhere who also had quoted me $1,100 and now Hyman was somehow only charging $445 - since it's under a one year warranty, even though I expect more Crappy service - I did it. Last time here for sure though. AVOID these CLOWNS at all costs. Allen Tire Garage is a mile away - go anywhere else but to Hyman Kia.

Had a great experience all around. Mohamad was very knowledgeable about the car we wanted to purchase. It only took us 5 mins to know we wanted to purchase the vehicle he was showing us. We came 45 mins before the dealership closed and never felt rushed. We purchased the vehicle that night and still loving our 2024 Kia Carnival!

This dealership actively refused to submit a claim to corporate regarding a recall that damaged my catalytic converter (it's not possible for an individual to submit these claims themselves, it has to come from a dealership). The service manager at the location directly refused to do the diagnostic and reach out to corporate about covering the repair, which forced me to go to a different dealership. I'm concerned that the condescension happened because I am gay. Please don't go to this dealership if you were concerned about discrimination.

I had a fantastic Sales Consultant, but the close of the sale was a disaster. If I can ever help it, I don’t ever want to work with a traditional car dealership again. The haggling process is beyond antiquated and should actually be investigated by a commerce commission. In this day and age, why are these dealerships still around. The dealership did not want my consultant in the room when I finalized the signing. The process was so shady, I became extremely angry. The car had to come from out of town, and on the day it was to be delivered, no one knew that the service department would be closed. So, my much anticipated, $6000 out-of-pocket, new vehicle is sitting in an empty service space, while I await the next potential blunder. I was told that the service department does not cooperate/communicate/facilitate with the rest of the store… What a shhh show! I gave a rating of 2 as a courtesy!
