Dr. Nathan is a lifesaver. I took my 18yr old daughter there to update her prescription. Thank god he noticed that my daughter had holes in the retina and referred us to the specialist. My daughter had to have laser surgery to prevent possible retina detachment. She could of lost her vision. We are so thankful for Dr Nathan.

Dr. Robinson provides exceptional care to his patients and the office staff is very helpful and responsive. I have received excellent care from them for thirty six years!

Traveled from Roanoke for work. Needed contacts in a pinch as I forgot my supply three hours away. Dorothy represented Pearl Vision well today and was my hero without a cape. I hope the big man upstairs answers her prayers as quickly and smoothly as Dorothy has done for me this morning. Please her a raise or two weeks of paid time off.

Robie and Nathan are both excellent eye doctors and very responsive to my needs. I have been going to their practice since 2006.

I have been going to Dr. Robertson for years as he was recommended highly by several friends. He along with everyone in his practice are great!I have not used the services of the Pearl Vision store.

On 9-28-2022, I took my grandson for his first visit to this location at 6721 Lake Harbour DrMidlothian, Va. 23112The Eye Doctor Dr Robinson was the best ever!!I even decided I wanted to use him in the future also.Then I went up front to the Pearl Vision franchise .The woman that was there "Nicki" acted as though she could care less about waiting on us. See grabbed a case of glasses out and said pick one..She didn't measure his face, or his nose, etc. Then she put a portable machine up to his face to get his (PD) Pupil Distance.I read on the machine it said 63.5 for the PD distance.. I asked Nicki three times what the PD reading was? She finally came back and said it was 62.5.I then mentioned the machine said 63.5, and she said no it's 62.5.I gave her my Phone number to call when the glasses come in.I called Pearl Vision yesterday to ask about the glasses. I was told by Dorothy that they had come in that morning, they tried to call me and the number had been disconnected. I asked her what number she called and it was a totally false number, that I'd never heard of. I gave her my correct number and she corrected it.I went to pick up the glasses today.Dorthy was working the counter and gave me the glasses.To double check, I asked Dorthy what the PD was on the glasses. (Since I had seen 63.5 and Nicki had said 62.5)First Dorthy told me she didn't know that the people that manufactured the glasses only would know.Then I explained to her the two different numbers...She then looked at it again and said the correct PD on the manufactured glasses was 63.5..That's when I politely stated asking questions... Dorthy informed me Nicki was there and I asked Nicki why she lied to me about the PD number even after I told her I saw it, and why she Put my phone number down totally different so I couldn't be contacted when the glasses come in? I don't know their woman Nicki, and had never done anything to her...Did I not look like her? Was it the fact that I am white I asked her nicely.Why would she just down right like to me, and try to cause me problems getting my grandsons glasses?I complained to Dorthy, but she was very protective, and un apologetic about Nicki.Now after the fact I have read this locations reviews that are terrible for customer service.I will be going elsewhere to order glasses in the future.D. R.

I’m guessing they don’t want to sell any glasses. I was in there looking around no one said a word to me. When I left Someone said have a nice day.

Please beware this of establishment it has horrible customer service .The associate helping the customers lack Insurance knowledge , without offering current store specials . She lacks the proper attitude to efficiently help the customer. The poor attitude was consistent in the afternoon and weeks later early in the morning . Simply behaves like she doesn’t want to be there, unaware of micro aggressions that can be felt. It unfortunate for the eye care professionals there to have this person in their store front. If you want to a pleasurable experience please go someplace else, research reviews first sometimes you’ll find that the service matches what is reflected online .The one star is for the poor store hours only.

Was told I can only pick up my glasses Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 1:30pm. No weekend hours or after 5pm.

they close hours earlier than they say they will and i cant ever get them to answer the phone. terrible customer service. the eye doctor is great but business itself is horrible at customer service.
