We recently purchased a baby grand from Peabodys Piano Co. I shopped around but really no comparison! The staff and General Manager were very informative knowledgable and kind. I would definitely recommend Peabodys to anyone looking for a piano.

I visited many piano stores in Richmond, Williamsburg and Midlothian.....Peabody's Piano had the best inventory along with amazing customer service by David! He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the best deal on this outstanding grand piano. The piano was delivered timely and was polished to a high shine! Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for making the entire experience so pleasant from start to finish!

Walked in and the guy working stared at us for a minute, condescendingly asked "do you need something?" And the interaction just kept going south from there with. Would've loved to try out some of the instruments but had a pretty negative experience through that and only ended up staying for a few minutes.
