I'd give the collision center zero stars if I could! They had my car for over six weeks! I had to act like a crazy person and finally speak with a manager in order to get them to give it to me two days after the third time, they promised it would be done. I was first given a date of June 2, then I was given a date of June 14. Then on the 16th my car still isn't ready! The manager assured me that my car would be ready at 3 o'clock so I go on the 16th which is today to get my car and there's still a chip on the front, The person that I dealt with there was absolutely incompetent. He said that wasn't part of the accident and I replied to him, 'How do you know where you there?' it was in the same vicinity and it wasn't on the car before the accident! He did however, offer to get it rescheduled and looked at, but after having my car for over six weeks, I'm simply done!!! They also scratched and damaged my door putting a new handle on during repair and caused it to be even longer. I bought this car at the Hyman Bros. Kia dealership paid $10,000 over what I should have never got my detail done as promised and now my experience with the collision center that's shared with Nissan has been an absolute nightmare. If your car has been in an accident do not send it here! You'd be better off driving it over a cliff!

I needed a new license plate holder for my Leaf, and I could either buy it for $45+ from my local nissan dealer, or could get it for under $10 with Hyman Bros., or about $18 with shipping. Yep, went the latter route, and it was exactly what I needed, at a much better price. Thank you!

Love the service and the financial manager I was with was wonderful. Her office was nicely decorated and made me feel very comfortable there. The sales manager was also great couldn't have asked for better service

Tried to schedule service on a new Nissan van. Tried calling three times. I left messages & never got a return call...only a receptionist was available. Even left a voicemail on a service representative direct voicemail. Receptionist was pleasant.

The auto body shop and the sales side of this business are both negative experiences. I would rather drive 40 minutes to the Nissan in mechanicsville than go 10 minutes down the road to this location. Have you ever heard of having to constantly call a sales rep to buy from them? Usually they won't leave you alone. Not only did it take 3 weeks for me to buy a car from them and having to constantly check in to make sure they weren't selling it to someone else. I had looked at buying elsewhere since I wasn't even sure the woman was still planning to sell me the car but no where else had as good of an option. The sales woman had an award for sales lead in her office which I wasn't sure how it was possible, I hated the fact that I had to buy from her. By the time they sold it to me they let me know after the purchase they still have things they needed to fix, even said the tint on the car windows was too dark and would have to be removed then refused to put a lighter tint on even though the car was sold to me with the add on of tinted windows, and I ended up in a rental car when I should've been driving the one I just paid for. Then when I ended up still having an issue, I went to their body shop the workers there walk all over you and don't listen to your concerns when they assume you know nothing about cars. My sister just came here because her car is having a recall issue and they treated her the same way so I know it's not just me. I sent her over to the Mechanicsville location where I know they will make sure she is helped the way she deserves. I'd advise the same to anyone else having issues with a car (which is common with nissans from what I've experienced).
