If i could give this place a lower review I would. After taking almost 5 hours to complete a routine state inspection with no additional services requested, I received a phone call 2 minutes before the store closed at 4:58 pm informing me that my vehicle was finished, HOWEVER, that I could not pick it up that evening as it was be inconvenient to them and I was asked to pick it up in the morning when they opened. Come next morning, I arrived after opening time to see that my vehicle was left parked without any inspection sticker at all. When I then attempted to pay my bill and get my keys, I was informed they had no idea where my vehicles ticket or key were located and it then proceeded to take them 20 minutes to locate it. Then over an additional 20 minutes to wait for the technician to come into the office and write the sticker and complete the vehicle’s paperwork, making both me and my partner late for work and it was over an hour before I was able to leave with my vehicle. Believe it or not but that’s only the tip of the iceberg with my terrible experience at Dominion Tire. Please safe yourselves the time and go anywhere else.

Great place with fair prices !
Update - have returned for multiple different issues on my vehicles that I am unable to fix myself , and I have been continued to be treated fairly and with excellent customer service. An excellent place to bring your vehicle for repairs!

I rarely answer surveys, but I think Old Dominion Tire did an excellent job. Friendly and efficient guys at the counter who really listen. My car got 4 new Cooper tires and a 4-wheel alignment. It drives so much better! Thank you!!!

As always, a pleasant, friendly, honest and competent experience. New tires. Gave me several options, set a scheduled time 2 days later and I was in and out in less than an hour.

They took great of me. Had to show up an hour and a half early for my appointment and was out the door 30 minutes later with my flat tire fixed. Also a nice crew w good humor.
