I went to get my car inspected. You would think I took my car to the hospital. Man 4 days later I finally get my car inspector sticker. The car inspector guy has a nasty attitude like I did something to him . It's like he can't wait to fail your car . What a big head and ego on him . I will strongly recommend to avoid this place. It really sucks. They want to turn a simple car inspection into a big ordeal. Not good for busy people. I wish I could give zero ⭐. empty and am still waiting.

Infinity QX80 was squealing pretty badly. Turned out the rotors were warped. They took the time to show and explain what was going on, called around to find the best price for replacement rotors, and got it done at reasonable cost. No attempts to upsale or add unnecessary fixes

Sebastian the manager always keeps me well informed and explains everything in terms I can understand. The cost is always reasonable and the mechanics consistently do a great job. I have been going back to them for years and highly recommend them.

I've used the Midlothian NTB multiple times now. Moving to Virginia from North Carolina a year ago I no longer had access to my go to shop, well this store has been that for me ever since. Made me comfortable as soon as I walked in the door, took the time to explain what I needed and why. Their customer service is exceptional.

Just don't ask questions or you will be insulted, and just short of assaulted by staff bolting from the garage bay.
Waiting on a call back from Management now (12:44), let's see if this is important to them.

Generic response received to call someone else.
Dear customer service,
I left a detailed voicemail for "the boss" that was called by the acting manager on 8-3-24.
Customer service is doing more than checking a box by providing a generic customer service number in response to an issue. Especially when your staff verbally assaults you for asking a question. Your staff were all witnesses and you have a camera system covering the area.

Still no call back from "the boss".
There are plenty of shops out there that put the client first over their violent employees.

I got an alignment and new tires here a couple months ago and they did an amazing job, came back the other day with a flat tire and they stayed open a couple minutes after close to be able to get me a new tire. super nice and professional and the prices are fair which as a female is hard to come across lol. highly recommend these guys!
