I went with a friend to pick up his stuff in a u haul truck. When we entered, we noticed that the door was left open in a climate controlled area.. Upon entering the actual rental space. I noticed rat feces. It was on everything. We looked the mattress he had stored in there and there was chew holes through the plastic that covered it.. I asked him if he was Storing food. He told me no. We unloaded the entire unit and there was no food. So they were coming in there to get warm. When we confronted the company they told us they are not responsible for rodents. And if we didn't buy their insurance it doesn't cover it. My friend did not buy their insurance. Because when they offered it they never said anything about rodents. This is not a place you wanna store your stuff unless it is just things that cannot be affected by rodents.

I've been renting units from Midlothian Mini Storage for over 5 years and the experience has been WONDEFUL. I can't say enough nice things about everyone here. A family run business that is professional, kind and courteous. You are LUCKY if you can get a unit here because they are usually at 100% capacity. This is truly a hidden gem of a business. Thanks MMS!

We recently moved out of Midlothian and needed a couple of storage units. I had moved into a competitors unit nearby but they only had one unit available. Luckily I found Midlothian mini-storage. Just as nice as the nearby competition but much less expensive. The other storage unit raised my rates twice, but the mini storage did not. We have been super pleased with the quality and excellent customer service. A wonderful family run business. Highly recommend.

Excellent professional service! Highly recommend. No hidden fees like other storage shed services that offer that free month. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even when I needed more time. If your thinking about renting from them .. do and you won’t be sorry.

Stored my personal belongings that did not require climate control at Midlothian Mini Storage from mid-July 2019 until early April 2020. Could not have asked for a better experience. My main reason for choosing MMS was the location and the fact that I could drive right up to my unit. Some other storage vendors in the Midlo area do not allow you to drive up. You have to park and use a cart. That does not work.

Really nice service from a local family. Love renting from them as opposed to one of the big companies. They are personable and kind.

These folks are great! The storage facility is clean, well maintained, secure. I've had nothing but positive dealings with the company and they feel more like friends than just a business! I really appreciate them!

Poor customer service. Very old facilities. You can get a better quality storage for a better price near this area.
