Spent 300 something on a downgrade phone because the employee told me that metro no longer gives discounts on upgrades. Metro customer service says this is not true and to return the phone so I went back to the store and was told they will not take the phone back. I could've spent that money on another phone but I'm stuck with a TCL downgrade because I was lied to. I called metro back and had to file a complaint on the store and I'm not a complainer but that's a lot of money and they lied to me, they acknowledge it but do not care. Just so y'all know upgrade prices still exist. This makes me want to leave metro

My boyfriend went there to get a new phone and he got more than that!! This girl called HEAVEN gave my boyfriend extra service not only sold him a new phone she was unprofessional and started flirting with him to the point she gave him her personal phone number and despite she has a boyfriend she decided to go for mine too!!! Please get professional staff working this things are not suppose to happen. HEAVEN please do your job sell cell phones I dont think flirting is part of your job duties. She not good for company so ladies heads up before your men goes to metro pcs to get a phone. She rotates stores so she can be anywhere!!! Remember her name HEAVEN!!!

Worst experience. Not knowledgeable. Did not take time into consideration. Had me there the entire day. Did not know what she was talking about. Come here if you want your time wasted and terrible services on purpose.

Inconsistent and lacks honesty. Went to the store on Hull Street to switch from Straight Talk to Metro. They were having a promotion that you can get a Samsung 21 FE for a great discount price for switching. I was told by the female agent I was not eligible for the switch due to me having a phone number that was not T-Mobile’s or Metro’s despite the huge sign on the window stating the deal for switching TO Metro. I was told I would have to buy the phone full price. A month later I return asking to switch my Boost Mobile phone number ( I went from StraightTalk to Boost but the service sucked) to Metro. They were having another deal… a free iPhone 11. The male associate told me I was ineligible for the deal due to my phone using TMobile towers. He stated I would only be eligible if it used AT&T or Verizon. I checked my eligibility for switching before coming in the second time and it stated the number was portable and informed me to go into the store for the switch. I’m not sure if the agents are just not fully educated in the products and services OR they do not wish to do the work and come up with bogus reasons for potential customers to turn away.

I had to change where I go to Metro reason why the Metro at Hull Street and Wayside Drive are prejudice you go in there they let you stay in order to sit there like like you crazy and they're right and you ask them to help you with something and they refuse to they will give you a number for you to call this number and they can do it right there for you I advise people don't go to that store I've been there way too many times and now I do not visit that store at all is that the corner of Hall Street and Wayside Drive next to the Waffle House

I went to the store (customer service call center cannot be understood) to beg for help since my switch to them resulted in a 3.5 hr process and he still mismatched Apple ID’s with wrong family members phone number. I have a device that does not work properly (cannot receive calls & message says I haven’t paid my bill) and my service is also barely useable. The person who set it up did manage to add every single extra to my plan that I did NOT authorize resulting in $130 bill for $80 agreement. The representative did not make eye contact as I begged for his help, he continued to play on his computer. Once I finished my explanation, he looked up and told me he could enroll me in auto draft and to call customer service with issues because he was NOT going to assist me. He refused to give his name, I am attaching his photo to reference my HORRIBLE experience. I have no idea what I’m going to do. Please don’t make this mistake, as the attitude is they are doing a favor by offering competitive pricing.

I had a huge inconvenience with metro and I would’ve left for another provider but the kind lady working there helped me for 3 hours. Superb customer service and a great deal of patience. I’ve never been so satisfied with a rep helping me in my entire life.

Worst customer service ever! I have never been so disrespected and belittled in all my life. Andrea or what ever her name is made me want to close my new account with T-Mobile. She talked to me as if I should know the inner workings of T-Mobile's system; as if I could see what was on her computer screen. When I would repeat back to her what she was saying to me to make sure I was understanding what was going on she look at me in frustration and said "that's literally what I just said." She seemed so irritated with me just trying to get an understanding of how to change my number.
