Everytime I call there is a 10-plus minute wait to speak to someone in service. If they want my business, would be nice if they had someone to acknowledge my call. I even tried the chat and it just sat on "I'm currently checking to see if an agent is available to assist you." which didn't happen. Still on hold (2nd time calling for 15 minutes now). I'm just waiting to see how long before someone even says "Thank you for your patience, we are busy, can I call you back or continue to hold?". Anything. This is MERCEDES. I bought this SUV for the customer care as well as the luxury, which for the amount I spend here on my car, they should be able to hire someone to at least acknowledge you are waiting. That would be good customer service. Still waiting on hold.......oh, and still "chat" a no go. Seeing who gets there first. DISAPPOINTED MERCEDES MIDLOTHIAN!!!

This experience was very gracious and informative on the techs behalf. They informed me of preventive maintenance needed due to the mileage of my vehicle and I will be setting this up in the future. Regina was awesome .. a little to awesome might I ad .. putting me in a loaner car that was a 2024 E class my wife was a bit upset when she had to go back to my 2017 e class. lol… overall the customer service was what it was supposed to be. I am an individual who likes to keep my vehicle clean and no matter the year.. my cars are clean from the engine to the trunk.. so with that being said I was surprised that I got my car back cleaner than I brought it in. The detailers took care of my vehicle like it was a 2024 and I appreciate that. I hope this message reaches the General Manager. So he/she may be proud of his/her team at Mercedes Benz of Midlothian. This dealership used to be a good one for buying cars. My most recent experience with sales was not good. For example: a car listed for 26k will be sold around 30k why? because they add ceramic coating cost with protection. As a customer you are obligated to pay this fee + dealer fees + regular taxes on the car.
In normal conditions with nice honest dealership you end up paying around 28k or a bit less but here you have to pay for coating that u did not request. Their explanation was it is what they stand for and support.I am not the one to support it and pay it. I ended up buying the same car for much lower price certified Mercedes from a dealership out of town where ceramic coating was an option I am not obligated to get.

I want to thank this dealership for helping me get back home to NY state. The service manager Wilder Hickman went above and beyond to help me. We broke a belt on our tire, could not drive the car home and had to stay over in Richmond until the dealership opened. Wilder was having a rough Monday morning but took the time out of his busy day to drive to a sister dealer to get my tire. In this day of terrible customer service, this dealership shined. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks again to all involved in fixing my car. We are safely home.
