We recently purchased a new mattress, foundation and frame from Mattress Savvy of Chesterfield, and I cannot say enough about their exceptional customer service. The bed was for my 92 year old mom, moving into Assisted Living. The owner helped us select just the right mattress within our limited budget and went above and beyond in delivering the mattress himself when the delivery service was delayed. Amazing experience.

My experience at this mattress store was truly exceptional. Zane, especially being the owner, demonstrated genuine commitment to helping customers find the perfect fit. The local business charm added a personal touch to the showroom.What stood out the most was the absence of any sales pressure. Zane were incredibly patient, taking the time to guide me through their selection with impressive knowledge about each mattress. The delivery service was just as impressive, with courteous and efficient personnel who even kept me updated on delivery times.Today, my new mattress arrived, and it has exceeded expectations. A quick nap later, and I can confidently say it's a great investment. Kudos to Zane, and the entire team for creating a memorable and satisfying buying experience. We couldn't be happier with our purchase from this fantastic local business.My only regret is not buying Tempur Pedic sooner!

My wife and I went into Zane’s store just to look around. But we tried out both the Kingsdowne and the Tempur-pedic mattresses, and were almost immediately sold on the Tempur-pedic. Zane knew a ton about mattresses, and he was very thoughtful in response to all of our questions. And then the deal we got for our mattress was 30% off! This accounted for over $3k in savings. We don’t want it delivered until we move to a new house in a couple months, and that was no problem at all for Zane. It was all around a great experience.

We bought a Tempurpedic mattress and adjustable frame set off of Zane at a home show in Wilmington. The price was great and Zane was very honest and accommodating given that we could not have the bed delivered until a house we were having built was finished.After many months of juggling dates, misinformation, and putting off deliveries, we finally got our bed only to find that they had brought the wrong adjustable frame. Calling the distributor and Sealy got us a run around and we had to go back to Zane to get it straightened out. Zane got better frames from Tempurpedic and delivered them personally to our home and set them up.I have NEVER had such personal service and accountability in a retail outfit EVER. I could not recommend a store and sales person more highly. If I could give more stars, I would not hesitate to do so!

First and last stop in mattress shopping. Great selection, no sales pressure, and knowledgeable personnel. Haven't mattress shopped in 10 years, so I did have sticker shock. Chose an adjustable mattress. Not sure why...but I love it. Delivery was on time...well 20 minutes late but the driver called. I'd recommend this place!

Wonderful experience! Ace and Zane (the owner) really want to help you find what fits you best. Love that they're a local business, vs a big chain, you really feel the difference (even the showroom feels more personal). Never felt any pressure, they were super patient, and very well informed on each mattress. Just had it delivered today (super delivery folks too! They even checked in with me to update on delivery time). Took a quick nap already, GREAT mattress, we couldn't be happier!

Zane is a great person and runs a very positive business.The day I walked through the door and he greeted me into his store I knew he was going to helpful and someone I wanted to do business with. He worked with me for over 2 years to get the bedroom suit that I needed to fit my mattress and adjustable bed. He and his family are amazing people.If he tells you he will do something he does what he says. He’s a great business person and runs his business the way you want people to do to as Proud Americans!Way to go Zane!

I wasn't sure what I was looking for at first because it had been a long time since I last purchased a mattress. Zane and his Team at Mattress Savvy were patient in showing me the various options and changes in mattresses (and mattress technology). Once we narrowed down the selection, they were helpful in working with me and making recommendations. Because of supply issues everywhere, the mattress I wanted wasn't immediately available but they gave me a reasonable estimate for availability and delivery and ended up beating it! Overall Mattress Savvy made the shopping and buying experience for a big ticket item much easier. The Delivery Team was stellar too. I'm glad I found them!
