4/1/2024We just started moving my moms things into our storage unit. Inside the building is so clean and well kept. The place is always air conditioned whenever we go. It is bright inside and every unit has their own light switch for inside of it. The building even has elevator music playing. I’ve had many experiences with other storage unit places and they were horrible. They do not even compare to this one. This place is FANTASTIC. Not to mention the lady that works here is so helpful and kind. NOTHING bad to say. My mom did a great job choosing Life Storage.

Mr. David and Sondra was extremely friendly and helpful, delighted to take care of all my needs when i came into the facility. Mr David always goes above and beyond for me when i come into life storage and I’m super grateful to rent a unit from this place. Very clean and nice units

Enjoyed chatting with Life Storage staff. David and Sandra were extremely helpful and polite. Searched other locations and this seems to be the best given its proximity off of 288. The facility looked very clean and well maintained.

I had an extremely positive experience with Life Storage of Midlothian, Va.! I set everything up online. Super easy!When I arrived, I was greeted by the Assistant Store Manager, Michael Johnson. He was very friendly, customer oriented, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. In our conversation, I learned, that he had not been with the company very long. I would not have thought so, at all! We need more people, like him, in our customer service industry!His immediate manager, David Johnson, was just as impressive as Mike. What a Great team!Everything was so nice and the units I looked at were very clean.I give these guys and the company as a whole, 5 Stars and beyond!If and when I need to use a storage facility, again, I will use Life Storage!

David is a very personable person. He was thorough and professional in his tour and explanation of the facility. I talked to him on several occasions before visiting.

Everything is working out great so far. I was able to start moving in as promised. The staff promptly checked me in so I could get things to my unit. The facilities were clean and spotless. The price was right and the customer rep who reserved the space for me initially was more than helpful and very knowledgeable. I'd recommend Life Storage to friends and family.

The manager was great quick and got me exactly what I needed. I had called a place prior to them and said an appointment up and no one was at the store. Wish I found this place first. great customer service.

Great customer service. Michael was clear in his guidance, asked the right questions and got me into a unit perfect for my situation. 10/10 would totally recommend!
