Customer training & courtesy needs updating ? Phlebotomist are trained in the profession hence when they cannot do the job well,don't be rude with the patient. Ask your employer for training classes. A trained health care provider should not add to the patients struggle by beening curt.

My observations and experience during my visit to this location was exceptional! The check-in process on the kiosk was quick and easy. Customer service was satisfactory (and a bit humorous). Ms. Sandra was kind, personable, and engaging during the collection process. The establishment presented as clean and organized.
