Has anyone ever noticed that every single time you visit this location there are never any small carts? Only large carts or baskets. Why is that? Oh that's right...they are all outside with Krogers teenage employees leaning on them while playing on their cell phones.

Well, another way to make you spend more money. Kroger has changed their policy on Buy One get One Free. Forever you could just buy one & it was half off, not anymore you have to buy two. ?
