My prescriptions are usually ready in a timely manner. The Pharmacist is very diligent about ensuring I know about my meds and always asks if I have questions or is sure to tell me of possible interactions with other meds. Love it

Many struggles over the years but now the phone number does not work, needs major over haul, getting meds should not be this hard!

Can takes days to get a prescription but change in staff has shown improvement over previous staff.

Do not fill your script here. This is by far the worst of any pharmacy in the greater Richmond area.I called in a script that took over 24 hours for then to even get around to. I have COVID and when I mentioned that I cannot wait around for 2 hours after the time they gave me, the pharmacist then said I was "threatening his staff." Unbelievable.

I really tried to be patience, you know I worked with you when you shorted my my cancer meds, and i tried to overlook the fact you have a text message alert system that may or may not work. But now this last thing, I am going to have to get a whole new doctor and wean off a med that is a quality of life thing, and all because you say something is ready, I get there and you have not even contacted the doctor yet. I thought nothing was worse then Optum RX, well here you are and I guess I was wrong.

For non-insured they have relatively low prices .Lousy customer service, short in staff, never find your medication ready even if let you know over the phone it’s.

By far the worse pharmacy. I have received the wrong prescriptions and to make matters worse the customer service is just a bad.

There is one pharmacist here who goes above and beyond for me as a customer every time, especially when my health insurance throws up more hoops to jump through than should be legal. He is amazing. Some of the pharmacy techs can be a bit rude, but this pharmacist makes up for that.

Since I put this review up, I've noticed an improvement in how fast my prescriptions are processed. This is really all that matters to me. I hope this continues! My prescriptions have been processed very quickly and I appreciate it.

Was just basically told my prescription wasn’t important enough to fill at 6pm at night, even though I called it in this morning! Horrible customer service will be changing pharmacies!!

My husband shopped here last week in between storms. My husband uses a wheelchair. They had one entrance/exit blocked completely and the other had shopping carts turned upside down on the side walk to make a path for the other entrance. The was 1. Dangerous 2. Not accessible for handicapped. We won’t be shopping here anytime soon.
