I give this pharmacy 5 stars! I like the team of very dedicated pharmacists: Camron and Hillary. They always take the time to resolve a situation with your doctor’s office, answer your insurance questions, provide medication counseling, and assist with manufacturer recalls. They communicate insurance issues/challenges effectively and do so in a caring and friendly manner. Over the years, I have witnessed them helping countless elderly customers who seemed at a loss with their prescription issues. They also go the extra mile to get you discount cards or other programs to help you offset some of the co-pay costs. They are VERY busy and yet, 99% of the time, my prescriptions are refilled on the same day as I requested them through the automated phone system (which is very convenient and easy to navigate). We even fill our pet medications at this location. The scheduling for vaccinations is just as easy to do.I also want to acknowledge the Pharmacy Techs who are just as pleasant and helpful, just to name a few: Lyn, Kayla and Kristian. Our Kroger Pharmacists have always provided outstanding service.

They post signs all over the place claiming "low prices" when in fact their prices are higher than most grocers in the Midlothian area. I guess if you keep telling people a lye they may believe you.

Slow!!! Don’t go around lunchtime, they close completely. Did I mention slow?!They get to you when they get you. A company should expect negative feedback when they make their customers wait, and then wait more. So I’m sitting here wishing I had chosen a different pharmacy and writing this. My prescription is just eye drops.

Went to bakery department to pick up something I had ordered. 2 employees at bakery. One seemed to be instructing the other. They both ignored me. (Also there were 3 men standing nearby who seemed to be managers and they did not offer to help or suggest one of the others help me.) after awhile I just picked up something from the shelf. (We have had similar experiences at the Kroger bakery twice before. It's stressful to require their help at the bakery.) (is it the same bad employee or do they have a bunch of bad bakery employees?)There were employees stocking all over the store, blocking items. Only one offered to back up or move over (and I think that was not a store employee but a vendor stocking shelves.

I've never felt strongly enough about a grocery store to write a review but the time has come. Whenever I come to this Kroger I leave in a horrible mood. This morning I went in and asked a woman wearing a Kroger tag and vest a question about where to find an item. Well stupid me! She scolded me because she's "shopping" and I should ask the lady behind the bakery. They also have the tendency of opening just one check out lane on Saturday mornings which is also another great way to start the day, waiting for ten carts of groceries before your turn. I'd rather go literally anywhere else for groceries. I know Kroger isn't Wegmans but I'd expect it to be a notch above Walmart.

Waited in their drive thru for almost 20mins and they shut the window to go on break! It’s a shame that companies get away with poor service levels. Time to find an online provider that won’t shut the door in my face. It’s a shame that the attendants didn’t have the courtesy to be better.

The cafe area behind the Starbucks is very dirty. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Not a very enjoyable place to sit and drink a cup of coffee or eat lunch. Really gross unfortunately.

It is very shameful that this store flies an American flag that is ripped and torn in such a manner. If such poor attention is given to something as important as our nation's colors, then what other things is this store not paying attention to?

This used be a great location. Now there are never any lines open and if you have to check yourself out it freaks if you have too many items. The service levels have greatly suffered lately too. Guess I'm going to have to find a new place to shop.

This place is a mess. They layout makes no sense, the split aisle make getting in an out impossible, you have to triple check everything you grab because of items either rotten or near expiration, they don't staff enough so lines are forever due to 2 registers being open, they also choose to stock during rush hour making it even harder to get around the store and more then half the produce plastic bags were empty I get why there is a Publix right next door now

A change in policy at the wine bar has created a sad atmosphere... The wine and beer selections are still great. Maybe with some time and rxperience the atmosphere will return. The good part, it's easier to get a table of Friday night.

Although previous visits have been pleasant the extremely low level of customer service received on June 10, 2021 at the Midlothian store was less than desirable and personally offensive. While shopping I decided to pick up a couple of steaks and began my search with the pre-packaged meats available in the refrigerator case across from the meat department counter. Seeing nothing I wanted I waited as the person at the meat counter served another customer. During this time, he was very attentive and appeared pleasant as he interacted with the customer. Unfortunately, as I approached the counter the demeanor of person at the meat counter changed dramatically. Instead of asking if I needed assistance, he simply glanced in my direction, walked to the farthest end of the counter and began rearranging merchandise. At one point he disappeared in the back and returned empty handed but continued rearranging items at the far end of the counter. Not once did he acknowledge my presence at the counter or offer assistance. It was not until I eventually asked for assistance that he acknowledge my presence with a sneer and asked very flatly if I needed something. I decided not to purchase steaks because your employee gave the impression he'd rather be doing something other than assisting me with my order. I have no ideal why the Kroger employee responded to me the way he did. It would be easy to make his change in disposition about race because the only difference between me and the previous customer is that he was white and I am black. Despite my suspicions, I want to provide feedback about my experience, because regardless of the reason, all customers should be treated the same regardless of an employee's personal biases, workload or even if they are just having a bad day. As a retired veteran and now veteran's education counselor I have never been inclined to pick and choose with whom I will be professional. Nor should Kroger employees. Oftentimes I am asked by friends, family and colleagues the location of a good place to buy groceries and other items. In the future it will not be the Midlothian Kroger store. Today it only cost Kroger a couple of steaks. Tomorrow who knows.

The Ivymont Midlothian store has slowly gone down hill to the point I just avoid it now. Dirty store , dirty parking lot with over flowing garbage cans with no tops. You have to check dates on all meats, everything is shipped prepackaged. They dont even grind their own chop meat anymore. Chicken all comes in frozen and is thawed at the store. Lucky if you can find an expiration date more than 1 day. Have to check your receipt for being over charged on many items. Only 1 or 2 checkout lanes ever open so be prepared to wait in long lines at checkout as they continue to try and retrain customers to use self checkout for large orders...and forget about someone bagging your groceries....their is a serious attitude/ culture problem at this location nobody says hello or good morning . Glad other grocery stores have opened in the area. .
