I am very disappointed that Kohls 30% coupons for credit card holders does not cover name brand items. You can only use the coupons on the kohls supported brands. I used to love to shop at kohls and use their coupons toward name brand purchases like Keurig, Kitchen-aid, Nike, Adidas, Lee, Gloria Vanderbilt and more. I am no longer enticed to shop at Kohls when I receive these coupons in the mail.

I made several attempts to place my online order and kept receiving "something went wrong" messages at checkout. After my third try, I finally gave up. I've noticed that in the past 7 or so years, more and more issues of this sort are becoming more frequent using the Kohl's site, especially at checkout. Additionally, It has been my experience that Kohl's web site and online ordering process are among the least user friendly of all the other sites I use for online purchases. It is for these reasons I prefer to use other online sites to make purchases, I enjoy shopping at the Kohl's near me and will continue to do so, however, for time saving situations I'm very reluctant using their online ordering process. It's unfortunate because I've been a loyal Kohl's customer for 30+ years. For those of you shopping online at Kohl's, I hope you have better success.

It's a decent location with a wide variety of clothing. The prices are good on some things and very average on others. They recently remodeled the store making the checkout lines ridiculously long so you must weave through all of these shelves stuffed with products in hopes people will pick up additional junk as they wait for the one or two open checkout lines. It was a huge turnoff and since we were the only people checking out, having to go through a zig-zag marketing ploy was as frustrating as it was ridiculous. The employees are always nice at the registers as well as at the customer service desk in the back of the store.

I am not satisfied with khols upgrade to change. The store had several ways to receive discounts. The clothes were of good quality and style. Now no excitement of discount scratch cards and the clothes are not in style.

Wide selection of merchandise at reasonable prices. The only downside was a lack of help on the floor. The dressing room was nowhere near the clothes with no indication of where it was. Fortunately, customers who had experienced the same problem, smiled and pointed me in the right direction.

Amazon return drop off employees are regularly rude and talk disrespectfully about and to customers. The typical complaints are that it takes a customer too long to load their return code or they had too many returns. Today, I had more than one return and brought them in a box for easy carrying. I was told I had to take my box with me after dropping off the return. I explained I planned on shopping and didn’t want to carry the box through the store. The man told me to use UPS if I wanted to leave boxes. No problem, not only will I take my box, but I will take the money I planned on spending in store today, too.

Couldn't find any clothes for my age, 39. No khaki's, dress shirts, etc. More for kids and older people unless you want work out clothes. Major complaint is no air at all! It's 72° out and I came out drenched in sweat! Others were complaining as well. When trying on stuff, it was too hot to do so. Shouldn't be that hot to make it uncomfortable to shop. Store was clean though, about the only thing nice about it.

Place looks clean and neet that's were in ends... First off all of the discounts are compounded complex and confusing. I waited in line while there was two customers for 12 minutes each one of them I heard them also having trouble understanding and navigating the complexity of the coupons and discounts. both cashiers kept kind of implying of how messed up things are and how they couldn't stand it in a roundabout way. When it was finally my turn they told me I had to go all the way to the back to the customer service center. Anytime any of the other managers wandering around could have asked or addressed or greeted the customer. Not one time while I was in the store looking around was I greeted at all. It's no wonder why the store is empty and only have a handful of customers. I don't know how many days it takes them to pay rent with the profits but I'm guessing it's not good. GP?
